LSRP Discord Bot 1.19

- Added logic to detect session expiration and automatically re-log in after 24 hours.
- Added handling for failed logins and 403 errors, ensuring the bot retries automatically.
- Streamlined the process for fetching and saving JSON data, with more reliable session renewal.

LSRP Discord Bot 1.19

- All commands have been updated to be slash commands (/) instead of using the traditional ! prefix.
- Added guild blocking: commands are disabled in blocked guilds with a custom error message.
- Improved error handling for blocked commands.
- Made error messages ephemeral to only show to the user.
