OOC Information El Monte Flores 13/Barrio Colinas is a Hispanic street gang located in Las Colinas, we only accept members who can accurately portray a Hispanic teenager who grew up more than likely impoverished and around gang violence a majority of their life, we are not interested in people who want to play purely a 'crash-out' or 'yn' character. We are looking for people who can develop, roleplay, make screens, and have activity. If you are interested in the concept and down to join then contact either @VincentScarlo or @EazyyyE.

Opas “Ad” Phupak was born in 1970 in Chiang Mai, Thailand, into a middle-class family. Growing up surrounded by the unique culture of Northern Thailand, he developed a calm but ambitious personality. His father was a skilled craftsman, and his mother ran a small grocery shop, instilling in him a strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility from an early age. After excelling academically, Opas was accepted into one of Thailand’s most prestigious universities, where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration. Fascinated by economics and urban development, he pursued a career in real estate. Starting small, he bought and sold properties, gradually expanding into larger projects such as residential complexes and commercial spaces. By his mid-40s, Opas had become a well-known real estate entrepreneur in Northern Thailand. His success in business drew him into the world of local politics. Seeing an opportunity to improve his hometown and protect his business interests, he ran for a local council position and won. For several years, he was an influential figure, balancing his role as a politician and entrepreneur. However, his political career eventually became risky. Rival political groups and growing corruption made his position unstable. After a controversial development project and political pressure that put him and his family at risk, Opas decided to leave Thailand for his own safety. Now at 55, Opas has arrived in Los Santos, far from his homeland. With decades of experience in business and politics, he is determined to start over. Though older than most newcomers, he carries himself with confidence, using his knowledge of real estate and leadership to carve out a new path in a city full of opportunity and danger.
