Role in Gang Activities Recruitment pipelines: Targeting younger individuals (e.g., teens) for initiation into the gang, sometimes through coercion or social pressure. Localized enforcement: Handling disputes or crimes within their immediate neighborhood to assert control. Drug distribution networks: Managing street-level sales of narcotics (e.g., methamphetamine, marijuana) in coordination with the larger gang.
