The Chicos Locos (VDM13) are now the most dominant and active clique inside of a W/S Varrio Diamond Street 13. They are frontline foot soldiers who handle the most dangerous work inside the varrio and outside. They're both admired and cautioned by the older members (O.G.'s) of the varrio. TINY VETS is one of several cliques within W/S Varrio Diamond Street 13, reportedly based in the Pico-Union area of Los Angeles. Role in Gang Activities Recruitment pipelines: Targeting younger individuals (e.g., teens) for initiation into the gang, sometimes through coercion or social pressure. Localized enforcement: Handling disputes or crimes within their immediate neighborhood to assert control. Drug distribution networks: Managing street-level sales of narcotics (e.g., methamphetamine, marijuana) in coordination with the larger gang. TINY VETS is a clique with bunch of older homies inside of it also known as Veteranos.
