Gang, all day. A lot of fun especially if developing a character. Although at some point during SAMP's version of LSRP I role-played a civilian, took up being a DJ and was able to DJ through XM Radio I think it was? Really enjoyed that. Things like Tracebook etc helped a lot. -
Like I said, been happy with the PD so far, but wouldn't be shocked if this has happened before. Will keep this in mind!

I've had nothing but excellent experiences with the PD so far to be honest, but just a thought: Roleplay as if losing your job is a very realistic possibility if you don't play by the book. What I mean by that is, don't be making up absolute nonsense just to arrest somebody or take them in knowing that realistically you'll get away with it (no major areas to report abuse of power, in fact, many probably would never go down that route). If there is no actual reason behind detaining someone, or even no proof for that matter - roleplay like it. Don't bring them in with the attitude of "what we say goes" because I don't think it's realistic and the cop should actually be role-playing with the idea of "I might lose my job" - kind of like enforcing the roleplay of fear. I'm sure there has been plenty of situations in which is cop has essentially abused power to arrest someone knowing they'll more than likely not be reported for it. Just a thought anyway. Keep up the good work.

Keep them coming!

Anyone here listen to hard dance? Been in love with the genre for years. Unmatched energy at live shows.

Investing in XRP and some AI related crypto. Also, the main NFT project I invest in is Primates on Solana.

Leeds fan, back in the championship. Worst league to get out of, ever. Looking forward to the new season though!

Just reading back on this, what a throwback. Used to have a lot of fun roleplaying with you back in the day. Also, shoutout everyone that is still around. Been playing again since launch, casually, enjoying it - lot of nostalgia. If anyone is still around hmu.

Think people need to remember the server is just opened and it'll take time to iron out issues here and there before touching the quality LSRP is known for. Goals moving forward should be: - Aim to motivate a dedicated player base to continue playing. Do this by listening to the community, taking on board feedback, improving the script. - Reward factions equally based on role-play quality and how much of an asset they are to the server. All factions doing great work should be rewarded the same, those factions made to do nothing other than cause carnage should be dealt with. - Host monthly feedback events as the server develops. - Hire new staff frequently, new ideas etc. All in all, the team has done it before and are experienced in what it takes to take the server forward. Saying that, these upcoming months will be extremely important for the success of the server and that needs to be recognised and we need to get it right, as a whole.

I think he was put in the GOAT conversation simply because many GOAT managers were heavily influenced by him during their come up. If you're basing GOAT status on trophies etc, it certainly isn't him - I think its more just everyone has the upmost respect for him, from players to managers etc.

I think Biesla did get through to the players at the start because his philosophy worked - managers hadn't played against that kind of football before (or at least often) so we were able to use that to our advantage and preformed well. The issues came when he didn't adapt. Managers knew what we were going to do, so other teams knew how to cut us open - and with some calibre of players we have, it made us concede 3+ and lose often. His ignorance to his type of play is what killed us this season - although I am hoping recent results keep us up under Jesse. Rumours circulated that a group of our players had went to Biesla during a bad run of games and wanted a meeting with him in regards to tactics and changing things up because they were sick of how easy we were to beat - and again, he done nothing. So I wouldn't be surprised if he lost the dressing room a bit, was clear to me how happy the players were meeting Jesse in the very first video put out on the official Leeds pages - they were happy to see change. Saying that, Leeds will never not appreciate Biesla for what he done for the club, he made loads fall back in love with it, reunited a city and brought the spark back - so regardless of what happened this season, he'll be praised forever. I'd honestly expect some sort of memorial. I'm super happy with how we are playing under Jesse, was proper sceptical at first- but I am warming to him, think he's solid.
-
Yes. He was going to go in the end of the season anyway, regardless of if our fans wanted it or not. Jesse is doing well and he's getting through to the players, alongside building their confidence again as it was completely gone towards the end of Biesla. Would love him to still be involved in the club somehow, just because of everything he done for us.

You're absolutely right I wanted to give up, felt like all the effort was for nothing sometimes, although in the same mindset, I can't put 6 years into something and not get the result I want - so the grind continues! We're doing decent in CS right now yeah. We plan to be competing in COD, League of Legends and a few more coming into 2022 (currently off season for most scenes and a lot of the players are on breaks). Appreciate your kind words, keep an eye out for the org in the big scene - I'll be sure to comment back here when we're making moves!
