Are there any scripts for it done? I know cops probably have a lot of stuff to do their own jobs, but I wonder if there will be things that make surgeries more interact for doctors. A database system for the hospital to log visits and medical history.

Yes please. Though the ped skins may not work for players that may need to switch into work uniforms, they can use the GTO characters. But for gang members and other civs they could easily use the ped skins. They are just so much better than the GTA:O models.
