  1. It's amazing how LS-RP has managed to turn the repetition of its own mistakes into a business model. I genuinely hope the developers working on GTA V are either being compensated for their time or simply enjoying themselves, because there is no version of the future where LS-RP survives under its current management. That outcome died years ago. The pulse for this management has stopped beating long ago. This was your last chance, and you blew it. LS-RP has effectively become the largest marketing funnel for GTA World. The sad part is that LS-RP has always had the raw potential to dominate the space. The problem has always been, and will always be, the management. Everyone except the management acknowledges this. Some say this openly, others only in private out of fear of being suppressed by the very people responsible for the decline. At this point, the only logical way to follow LS-RP's progression is through a comedic lens. So, with that in mind, I look forward to the ritual announcements that "this time will be different" once RAGE MP is close to release.
  2. @Frank_Luvano as the kindest player of the year is fucking wild.
  3. I'm a simple man. I see Guercini in a screenshot, I react with a heart emoji.
  4. Give it another go @Napoleon.
  5. Congratulations, Ungar. Very well deserved.
  6. I don't play anymore, but I figured I'd provide my opinion as a veteran and ex-staff member of Los Santos Roleplay. The main problem with Los Santos Roleplay has always been one thing: staff and the lack of proper choices for the aforementioned. The staff in Los Santos Roleplay have (with some exceptions) always been people who do not quite understand roleplay on an intricate level and thereby fail to adhere to the high-quality standards that factions like Valenti (and others) have provided the server throughout the years. There is also a huge issue that I've personally seen during my time as a staff member in Los Santos Roleplay, both recently and previously, with favoritism. Ask any of your friends who have left Los Santos Roleplay to give you two reasons why they've left. If improper management isn't the number one reason, it will undoubtedly be number two. I think that in order for Los Santos Roleplay to survive (not prosper—that ship has sailed), staff, and more importantly management, need to become a lot more transparent about everything. But the idea that this server will grow into anything more than what it currently is should be forgotten. Those who believe that need to start thinking logically and not emotionally. During my last run, three weeks after I left, I warned every single staff chat that I had access to and tried tagging as many management members as I could. I basically said—and I remember vividly screaming this in the microphone as well in our Illegal Faction Management meeting, where some management members were present: "Start taking care of people. You no longer have the luxury of treating people like dogs. Those people that leave are not getting replaced." I also remember creating an Excel sheet and presenting it to staff as well, showing the percentage of player loss based on announcements released, promotions within the administration team, and other decisions that were being taken without any form of consultation with the community—like the alien event which caused the biggest drop in player-base and widespread demotivation. In essence, Los Santos Roleplay is done. The glory days are over. You can either squeeze it for whatever it has left (and I think you absolutely should) and management does its best to retain its current player base, or call it quits and move on. 'Con rispetto.
  7. Busato shares some serious nostalgia and the fucking past comes to life. Like summoning a genie from a lamp. Do it again, Nick.
  8. Stompanto's looking like a mini Lucas Pagano in the making. Love to see it.
  9. His forehead too. Big enough to land a plane on.
  10. I appreciate the comment @Napoleon but the bar has been set long before my time. Valenti has always been and will always be a team effort and if you are sticking to Los Santos Roleplay; I would urge you to continue on your mission to become part of that team.
