You can change the clothes, headstyles and even add tattoos on the ped models. The ones above are one of those, there are still a lot more ped models you can use and still change your clothing too.

Bumping this, considering a lot of the players want a ped skin option included. And for those who are wondering, yes each ped can change their clothes, hairstyle & headstyle.
