  1. Reach for the stars boys, and beyond.
  2. Pretty sure Node has addressed this before in a report and advised that you need to alter your game to ensure that it shows you the rolled up window properly. So yeah, straight ban isn't sufficient. I'd argue that it's the same case as bullet tracers. Yes. Crenshaw, Idlewood, and El Corona are now considered the active playerbase locations. The odds on a crusier pulling up there is way higher than Downtown at the moment. Move your faction to Downtown and notice the difference.
  3. So not only are cops not providing roleplay but they're hacking too now? Crazyyyyy
  4. As a LEO player for both SADCR and LSSD, I am done yapping about this topic. What my guy said pretty much sums up my opinion too. The server wasn't like this 7-8 months ago. I blame the current guidelines set for the admins, which I can only correctly assume are placed by management.
  5. Come on Sneaky, it's OK because they enjoyed it and they made a good yt video out of it! I stopped playing two weeks ago. Here is what I despise about this thread and it's replies, especially @badhbh's reply: 1. Pointing fingers at PD/SD. 2. Blaming PD/SD for the current server standards. 3. Relying on PD/SD to set the server standards. I was playing peacefully a year ago and it was way better than it is right now. This is someone who did parole roleplay which mostly did not involve law enforcing, unlike PD/SD. I do not understand how hard is it for Management to grasp what Sneaky said above?! Yeah, and I can say that I have 100% witnessed this server's management ruin legal roleplayer's motivation to even get on the server, not just RP. The players aren't to be blamed, legal, illegal, or even an admin. The blame entirely goes to management. I miss @ImperiumXVII
  6. God I miss when parolees were always available. SADCR used "roleplay rich" approaches, always used words, and never used guns. The server's current standards is just a big "it is what it is".
  7. As someone who's never been interested in GTA V and only likes to roleplay on SAMP, this sums it up for me. The standard has dropped and I do not even blame the admins, they're just following the guidelines set for them. I can agree that it's made this way to preserve the current playerbase. But, most of the players are either ban evading hackers, or trolls. I returned a year ago and it was great, not the best, but great. I went inactive again due to account recovery issues, then @n0de101 (shoutout to him and whoever decided that he should be a Lead Admin) thankfully resolved it when I decided to return again after being left on read by Mmartin and management for weeks. Upon my recent return, the standards and quality has dropped even lower. A year ago, I only expected decent roleplay from the Barons MC boys, or two other official factions, two of those factions have already shut down. This is only when I approached for Parole roleplay. The server is now more RMB and LMB clicks, less text-based roleplay. It's definitely still alive for multiple reasons: 1. Maintaining a player count for GTA V, if it's ever released. 2. Profiting off forum ads and server donations. 3. Or this quote below: It is what it is.
  8. State Parole for Sheriffs, I'll need your finest They always send their finest, they never fail to deliver
  9. Congratulations!
  10. appreciate the reply brother but it's far more complicated than that, it doesn't recognize the account as verified
  11. I can personally increase the playerbase count by two (that I know of) if @Mmartin responds to @jack and fixes the whole DB issue with accounts not being able to log into the UCP
  12. yooo can we bring Michael back? I'll cover his hourly rate
  13. I've always concurred with heavy punishments for cheaters. It shouldn't depend on what type of cheat was used, cheating is cheating. However, I don't think that's something for the community to decide or discuss anyways.
  14. Lui here. RIP GTAC. Shoutout to Reyo, Spooky, and all the staff team.
  15. I'm still not sure why people are withholding "solid evidence" and only sharing it privately. It's like their trying to make a "we're dragging everything down" group on their own. Mmartin has clearly stated previously that if you have solid evidence, you can share it with him directly. I'd share it with him and see what kind of a response do it get, then choose to share the response. The LSPD and LSSD testers statement is completely irrelevant. You can see for yourself when you log in and simply just scroll the player list or type /testers, there's been an addition of a lot of red names and most of them are not even legal roleplayers. The only thing I agree with is the ban appeals response delay, but these people probably brought it upon themselves when they got banned in the first place. And I've been part of staff teams that have rules implemented for who can handle what report, for example; if an illegal faction member has reported a illegal faction member over an rp dispute, then only legal roleplaying admins can handle such reports, same goes the other way around. Pretty sure this would prevent, or at least lower, the number of those claiming biased staff decisions.
  16. ngl brother you are slightly out of topic here with your post. If your report was deemed invalid, or you were admin jailed because of a report, then you staff reported and it also was deemed invalid, then you were simply wrong the whole time. this is like the third post on this thread about people sharing their staff experience just because things were not in their favor which is not what this thread is about.
  17. I agree with Clutch. Even if the way his concerns were expressed was not up to par, he still should be given a reply. He hasn't insulted or disrespected anyone, he chose to go public with his side of the story, that's his decision. I certainly don't believe anything until everyone involved is given the chance to say their piece, but banning and suppressing him again just because he didn't do it behind closed doors the way you wanted him to do is just unfair. It's an open transparent discussion and everyone in the community should be able to see things for themselves to have their own opinion of things.
  18. George Hayes and Sebastian Knox are very helpful testers shameless plug
  19. damn noone cared about lil bro I agree with you, what a shit suggestion but I still agree with you bossman
