He has never met his siblings, and he is his mother's only child. He had only associated with gang members from Sureño street gangs in his neighborhood contributing to his criminal behavior. Fuller was well known for his hands-on take for auto theft and car burglary. He mainly committed auto thefts up until his arrest which promptly ended his career in auto theft. He found joy in stealing cars and selling them off to chop shops. Gary's first main hustle in prison was in drug trafficking but it did not last. Gary had never had any gang connections to the white gang scene before entering prison nor did he ever join any of the gangs in his neighborhood. Fuller has spent the majority of his late twenties in and out of prison. He was originally arrested and was convicted of carjacking and other related crimes. Gary spent the first six years of his daughter's life incarcerated and being transferred between prisons multiple times making visits very rare which had rendered his hope useless and molded him into a different man. During his time in prison, he had been approached by Tank Bowden and Stomper Horn to put in work. He did not hesitate to put in work. After the murder of Kendrick Gates, Stomper approached Sleepy for membership with the Nazi Low Riders, and he accepted the offer. Sleepy was fully committed to gang membership responsibilities with the murder of Kendrick Gates he was placed in the SHU (pronounced shoe) until the investigation was ended after the District Attorney was unable to find evidence after 90 days. Fuller orchestrated and gave the green-light for the murder of Fred Stazek who had claimed to be a senior Nazi Low Rider from San Quentin during the autumn of 2018. In early 2019 he was scheduled for release under the conditions of parole. It is public knowledge he was released on January 2019. Shortly after his probation period had ended, Fuller was convicted in connection to the sale of an unlicensed firearm and evading a peace officer and was sentenced late March to a maximum of two years. Gary Fuller, Joshua Bergstein, Stephen Kober, and Gary Fischer were among the white inmates hauled off to the secure housing unit. Fuller was the first to be released and immediately exchanged words with the northern car's leader. It was agreed that a cease-fire was necessary given the fact that the northern car had been dealt a heavy blow. By the late summer of 2019, Fuller was instrumental in the violent and bloody riots that rocked San Anne in the months previous that followed since late June and for his roles in politicking a cease-fire and securing the reputation of his gang on the mainline was approached by Aryan Brotherhood member Warren Borbeck for membership which he accepted. It was a decisive moment in Gary Fuller's criminal career. Additional Information The nickname Sleepy was given to him by his good friend Jared 'Diamond' Lafavor. 3. Gary Fuller's life is a dark saga of gritty transformation, survival, and power, sculpted from the raw materials of crime and violence. Born in the shadowy corridors of Jefferson County General Hospital on a cold February day in 1986, Gary's path seemed destined for turmoil. His early years were marked by instability and neglect; his mother, Penelope Morgan, grappled with addiction, while his father, Gregory Fuller, was an intermittent presence, leaving Gary adrift in the chaos of his mother's struggles. From a young age, Gary sought identity and solace in the gritty embrace of street gangs. By his teenage years, he was deeply entrenched with Sureño street gangs, earning a reputation for his adeptness at auto theft and burglary. These early crimes, characterized by precision and a chilling lack of remorse, set the stage for a more sinister journey. Gary’s criminal career took a decisive turn in early 2010 when he was arrested for carjacking. While this marked a setback, prison became the crucible for his transformation. Far from deterring him, incarceration hardened Gary’s resolve. Inside, he became deeply involved in drug trafficking, his entrepreneurial spirit blending with the violent realities of prison life. It was in this environment that he encountered the Nazi Low Riders (NLR), a notorious white supremacist gang that dominated the prison system. His initiation, facilitated by Tank Bowden—a fearsome PENI skinhead—and the ruthless Stomper Horn from the Nazi Low Riders, marked his entry into a more dangerous and organized criminal echelon. Gary’s rise within the NLR was fueled by a series of strategic and violent moves. His reputation was cemented when he orchestrated the murder of Fred Stazek in 2018. This brutal act not only solidified his standing within the NLR but also showcased his commitment to the gang’s brutal ethos. The racial riots that erupted in prison in the late 2010s played a crucial role in Gary’s ascent. During these riots, he demonstrated his ability to navigate the volatile landscape of prison politics, protecting the NLR’s interests and ensuring its dominance amidst the chaos. His actions during these riots caught the attention of Warren "Boar" Borbeck, a high-ranking member of the Aryan Brotherhood. Borbeck saw in Gary not just a fierce and loyal ally but a strategic thinker capable of enhancing the Brotherhood’s influence. Recognizing Gary’s potential, Borbeck inducted him into the Aryan Brotherhood, marking a significant elevation in Gary’s criminal career. Despite multiple paroles, Gary’s attempts at reintegration into society were short-lived. His return to the streets in early 2019 was marred by firearms-related offenses, leading to another stint behind bars. However, this incarceration was another opportunity for him to consolidate his power. By the time of his release in 2023, Gary was not just a criminal but a significant figure within the Aryan Brotherhood, a force to be reckoned with in Los Santos. Upon his release, Gary embraced his role with renewed vigor. His goal was to cement his status as a major player in the criminal underworld of Southern San Andreas. Leveraging his connections within the Aryan Brotherhood, he forged alliances with local biker gangs and Sureño street gangs, establishing a vast network of influence that spanned the city's criminal landscape. His strategies were meticulous; he avoided using cellphones to evade surveillance, ensuring his operations remained clandestine and secure. Gary’s criminal enterprises were marked by high-profile smuggling and drug trafficking operations. He skillfully navigated the treacherous waters of gang alliances and rivalries, orchestrating deals and betrayals with chilling efficiency. His ability to remain elusive while controlling his empire from the shadows underscored his skills as a crime lord. Yet beneath the veneer of ruthless efficiency, Gary’s personal life provided a glimpse into a more complex character. His relationship with Kiara Galvan, his high school sweetheart and mother of his daughter, endured through his numerous incarcerations. Their correspondence revealed a side of Gary starkly different from the hardened criminal he portrayed. Despite his violent life, his commitment to Kiara and their daughter was a rare beacon of humanity in his otherwise bleak existence. Gary Fuller's story is one of stark contrasts—a brutal criminal mastermind with a thread of personal loyalty that defies his criminal persona. His rise from a petty thief to an influential crime lord in Los Santos reflects not just the ruthless nature of the criminal underworld but also the resilience and adaptability required to survive and thrive in such a world. As he continues to navigate the intricate web of alliances and power plays, Gary remains a figure of both fear and respect, a testament to the harsh realities and complex dynamics of gang life in the sprawling metropolis of Los Santos. Gary Fuller's journey through the criminal underworld is a multifaceted saga of ambition, strategy, and ruthless determination. Having emerged from prison in 2023 with the Aryan Brotherhood's (AB) seal of approval, Gary is far from content with merely being a member of the notorious white supremacist gang. His primary goal now is to solidify his position within the Brotherhood and secure a reputable role as a reliable soldier for the organization. Aryan Brotherhood Membership and Rebuilding on the Streets: Upon his release, Gary’s low-tier membership within the Aryan Brotherhood—despite being significant—posed a challenge. The Brotherhood is an elite and secretive organization with a reputation for brutality and strategic acumen. Gary was aware that to advance and gain the respect of its senior members, he needed to prove his worth not only through violence but through effective criminal enterprise. His approach involved leveraging his extensive prison connections and reintegrating into the criminal underworld with a plan that would demonstrate his capability and loyalty. Forging Alliances and Expanding Influence: Gary understood that his past relationships with various gangs would be instrumental in his quest to build a powerful network. During his time in prison, he had forged strong ties with several key groups, including: The Barons Motorcycle Club: Known for their involvement in various criminal activities, including drug tra cking and violence, the Barons were a valuable connection. Gary re-established contact with the Barons upon his release, utilizing their resources and expertise to bolster his operations. Their knowledge of underground networks and their own connections proved to be a crucial asset. Mexican Mafia and Sureño Street Gangs: Gary had done time with members of the Mexican Mafia and Sureño street gangs. His relationships with these groups were instrumental in setting up his car theft ring. The Sureños, who have a considerable presence in Los Santos, provided him with the manpower and local knowledge necessary for executing large-scale theft operations. Building a Car Theft Empire: With his alliances in place, Gary revisited his old stomping grounds: auto theft. His plan was ambitious and far-reaching. He set up a sophisticated car theft ring, using his network of white street gangs to execute thefts and transport stolen vehicles. The operation was meticulously planned: Theft and Operation: Gary’s ring targeted high-end vehicles, using advanced techniques to bypass security systems and evade detection. His crew operated with precision, ensuring that stolen cars were quickly moved to secure locations. International Connections: Gary’s network extended beyond Los Santos. He reconnected with overseas cartels, particularly those with a foothold in South America. These cartels were involved in the illicit trade of luxury vehicles, providing a lucrative market for stolen cars. Gary facilitated the export of vehicles to these cartels, coordinating the logistics to ensure smooth operations across borders. Logistics and Transportation: To manage the flow of stolen vehicles, Gary established a network of safe houses and transportation routes. His connections with the Barons and Sureños helped in organizing the logistics, ensuring that the stolen vehicles were transported securely and effciently. Demonstrating Loyalty and Capability: As Gary continued to build his empire, he understood the importance of demonstrating both loyalty and capability to the Aryan Brotherhood. His operations were not only about making money but also about proving his reliability as a soldier. He regularly provided the Brotherhood with a cut of his profits and used his influence to assist in other criminal endeavors that aligned with the Brotherhood's interests. His efforts to establish a successful car theft ring and his ability to manage complex international smuggling operations were calculated moves designed to showcase his value and competence. Navigating the Underworld: Gary's strategic approach allowed him to navigate the complex dynamics of the criminal underworld. He balanced his criminal operations with the delicate task of maintaining and expanding his alliances. His ability to remain elusive and effective while operating in the shadows of Los Santos demonstrated his skills as both a criminal mastermind and a dedicated soldier for the Aryan Brotherhood.
