  3. Outfit West Coast Captain Frank Caccia Makes First Major Move, Reorganizes Las Venturas Crew Amid Power Shift By Scott Burnstein – June 29, 2025 Las Venturas, SA – Less than a month after rumors swirled about Frank Caccia’s promotion to captain of the Chicago Outfit’s Pacific operations, sources close to law enforcement and underworld insiders alike report that Caccia has begun restructuring the Outfit’s dormant Las Venturas crew — signaling his intent to reinvigorate the Outfit’s operations in the West. According to multiple sources, Caccia recently summoned longtime Outfit associates with roots in Chicago to a private gathering in a gated development outside Las Venturas. The meeting, reportedly held under the guise of a family reunion, was in fact the first in a series of sit-downs aimed at reestablishing control over gambling, loan sharking, and extortion rackets in the area — once a reliable source of revenue before a sweeping 2018 bust crippled the Outfit’s Western reach. Caccia’s reorganization marks the first major move by the 68-year-old mobster since his reported elevation to captain. The Chicago native, whose rise within the Outfit has been viewed as unconventional due to his low-key profile and West Coast base, appears to be wasting no time in asserting his authority. Insiders suggest Caccia has tapped former Outfit enforcer Richard Licata, recently released after serving five years on racketeering charges, to oversee daily operations in Las Venturas. Licata is said to be flanked by a crew of operatives handpicked by Caccia — many of whom have minimal ties to the traditional Outfit hierarchy in Chicago. “This isn’t your grandfather’s Outfit,” one federal source told The Gangster Report. “Caccia is bringing in a leaner, more agile crew that isn’t bogged down by tradition. He’s betting on fresh faces and loyalty to him, not Chicago.” His return has not gone unnoticed. SA State Police and federal agencies are closely monitoring Caccia’s movements in and around Las Venturas. But the new operation appears disciplined. “No street-level chaos. No flashy violence. This is quiet, organized — and effective,” said one investigator. The move has reportedly raised eyebrows in the Outfit’s aging upper echelon back in the Windy City. While some senior figures have given quiet approval, others fear that Caccia’s West Coast power play could further fragment the already dwindling organization. Nonetheless, his promotion and strategic reshuffling suggest that the Outfit may be testing the waters for a broader West Coast resurgence — or at least attempting to plug holes in its shrinking territory. The Outfit’s renewed focus on Las Venturas also revives speculation about its intentions in Southern San Andreas. With organized crime in Los Santos still fractured after decades of law enforcement pressure, Caccia may see an opening to expand into that market. “He’s got the geography, the crew, and now the green light,” said one veteran mob-watcher. “It’s a chess move, and Las Venturas is just the first piece.” Caccia’s ascension remains one of the more surprising developments in recent Outfit history. As reported earlier this month by The Gangster Report, Caccia’s roots trace back to the suburban Chicago football fields where he was once a highly touted high school athlete. His shift from promising gridiron standout to underworld tactician has given rise to whispers of quiet ambition and a methodical climb through the ranks — never flashy, but always strategic. Whether Frank Caccia’s West Coast experiment succeeds remains to be seen. But if the early signs are any indication, Chicago’s reach into the Pacific under his watch may be more serious — and more permanent — than previously believed.

  7. [84] – [NHB] – [AB] – [AVENOOZ] are various abbreviations that can be sighted in Jeffersons northern neighborhood. These letterings depict the 84 Neighborhood Avenue Bloods, a very early street gang founded by Lenny "O.G Big Tutt" Wyle in/around 1972 – 1973. It's one of the earliest known Blood street gangs alongside it's counterparts, 79 Neighborhood Swan Bloods and the Rollin 20's Neighborhood Bloods. Lenny Wyle a/k/a Big Tutt was twenty-four at the time of his death. He founded by 84 Neighborhood Avenues [Bloods] at seventeen in response to the ongoing conflict with the Crips street gang. He was killed seven years later after a drug deal gone wrong, though some speculate it was the work of the East Side Crips.

  8. Ganton Taco Stand Fights to Stay Open as Inflation Batters Local Businesses By Marisol Ortega | Los Santos Times | July 1st, 2025 GANTON — For years, Tacos Únicos has been more than just a taco stand on Ganton Boulevard. It’s been a gathering place, a lunch stop, and a neighborhood landmark. But today, owner Manuela Vargas is in a fight for survival as rising costs threaten to shut her doors for good. “I’ve been here for over ten years serving this community,” Vargas told the Los Santos Times. “Now I’m just trying to figure out how to make it through the month.” Like many small business owners across Los Santos, Vargas has been hit hard by inflation and a sharp increase in the cost of goods. The price of meat, produce, tortillas, and even cooking oil has nearly doubled in the past year. On top of that, utility bills and vendor fees continue to climb. “It used to cost me around $500 a week to stock up,” Vargas said. “Now it’s closer to $1,200. And that’s just to keep the basic menu going.” With fewer customers able to spend on eating out and the neighborhood itself still recovering from ongoing economic struggles, daily sales have plummeted. In a show of community support, friends and longtime customers have launched a GoFundMe campaign to help keep Tacos Únicos open. The fundraiser, titled “Save Tacos Únicos – Keep Ganton’s Favorite Taco Stand Alive,” aims to cover back rent, replenish food inventory, and offset utility costs. So far, the response has been encouraging. Local residents have begun sharing the fundraiser link across social media platforms under the hashtag #SaveTacosUnicos, urging others to donate or stop by for a meal. “Ganton is already losing too many of its small businesses,” said Javier Salazar, a local who has been eating at Tacos Únicos since childhood. “This place means something to us. Manuela’s tacos are part of Ganton history.” While the fundraiser is still far from its goal, Vargas says she’s grateful for the outpouring of love and support. “Every dollar, every customer who comes by, every share on social media—it all helps,” she said. “I’m not ready to give up on this place, and I know my community isn’t either.” Supporters say the best way to help—besides donating—is to stop by Tacos Únicos, grab a plate, and remind Manuela why her food matters to Ganton.

  11. Our faction's main objective is to depict an authentic one-percenter motorcycle club, with a strong focus on individual character growth and fostering rich, immersive lore. We expect our members to maintain a high standard of roleplay and to familiarize themselves with the one-percenter culture before joining. If reliable resources are difficult to find, we’re more than happy to assist with character creation and provide materials to help players accurately portray a motorcycle club member. We recognize that real-life responsibilities such as work and family always take precedence over roleplay. While some may not fully grasp this, rest assured that joining our faction does not require you to be active every night of the week. Once you enter the prospecting phase, we reserve the right to issue a character kill if there is valid justification. However, this is always considered a last resort rather than a first option. For any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to @Phoenix999 via the forums or in Discord.
