Story of Satsuki Tanaki

Rodger Dinkler, known on the streets as "Steel", grew up grinding through the broken concrete of Los Santos. Bounced between garages, chop shops, and outlaw biker bars before he was old enough to drink, Steel learned quick: hard work didn't pay, but crime did! By the time he was twenty-five, he was moving guns for outlaw motorcycle clubs and flipping stolen weapons through the back alleys of Los Santos. Steel never wanted the spotlight. He wanted control, making money without causing unwanted attention, the right chemicals, the right place to cook... and enough nerve to ride on the edge.

We've updated our TeamSpeak policy for less reliance on communications outside of the game. TeamSpeak communications usually don't involve true roleplay and are only coordinating units when it could be done in-game. To TL;DR the policy deputies will only be allowed to use TeamSpeak when being shot at (only to initially call it out, all further communication must be done in-game and in-game is still preferred to even call it out.). During vehicle and foot pursuits which are actually moving to update the location only. Coordination of units, spike requests, mode switches, and terminations will only be done using in-game communication. Special Operations that arent covered with the above will require permission from Executive Staff and will have strict rules in place along with monitoring to ensure metagaming rules aren't broken and our standards are met. We'll continue to evaluate policies and make changes where we determine changes are needed to increase our standards.

Recruitment for the faction is done in-character, and you will be expected to follow the server rules while associating yourself with our image. Be respectful to those around you and dedicate yourself to your characters development within the faction. The aim of 38th Street is to create a realistic sureño environment in El Corona. The Discord is accessible for those who are interested in joining the faction, we're currently open to new members and encourage those who are looking for something fresh to try it out, if there are any questions feel free to contact @risen or connect to the Discord, where you can find some information about the faction and ask any questions you may have.

Two of our ES members resigned today and the changes have been reflected in the main post. Myself and the rest of the ES team would like to thank them for their contributions although their time was short. As a result of the resignations we'll be combining the Assistant Sheriff billet (one covering countywide and one covering administrative ops) into one (which was the original plan before we gained an additional person). The Chief of Staff will remain unfilled pending discussion regarding the future of it. We are still in a comfortable position with a dedicated team. Our next order of business remains opening recruitment.

This change in SD leadership was needed, for the past couple of months everyone noticed a great drop in standards, and some members abusing their power to ruin other players mainly illegal RPers experiences. This post is very appreciated, and it will open doors for discussions that will shape the future interactions between LSSD and civilians/Illegal RPers. Best of luck.

Following the leadership change we will be implementing more stringent requirements for our future media. You should start to see new and improved media from the faction shortly. We intend to focus on passive roleplay as much as the action packed roleplay and we hope to showcase this.
