Paid & Laid INC. is a modernized twist on Black Organized Crime Roleplay. This concept aims to be ever-evolving and never stop in the comfort zones that other factions on the server have embraced, i.e. spamming the same screenshots of drug sales & posting up on a corner everyday. This group is an off-shoot of the BlancoโLongoria DTO and a part of an in-character Organized Crime Syndicate that has formed around BlancoโLongoria's operations, it's also one of the direct ways to get involved with the faction. Seeking us out ICly is the preferred method of joining, but due to timezones and other activity restrictions we encourage newcomers to give a heads-up through a forum PM to @Marco Polo.3 points

Perry was a longtime member of the Playa Deville Crips gang. He fled to Phoenix after the murder of a police officer. Upon returning to Los Santos, he used false documents, which he burned upon arrival. Perry had a brief career as a rapper and was signed to the Playa Deville music label.3 points

|| Rฤซga, Latvia โ 1990s to 2000s 90's - 2000's in Rฤซga, Latvija. After the fall of the Soviet Union, the iron curtain was melted down and sold in many ways modern people could not imagine. People were stealing left and right whatever was left behind in production facilities, free-market was born and so was racketeering. Racketeering was so widespread in the streets of Rฤซga, that it was impossible to operate a business without a roof. Gang shootouts in the center of the city happened time by time, crazy times. It was a battleground for Russian, Chechen, Armenian and Latvian criminals altogether. Cigarette trade from Belarus peeked, as it was very valuable. Old leftovers from the soviet army were dealt even more. It was possible to buy an AK for a bottle of vodka. Many boxers were dragged into this world, as they had power in knuckles and could be worthy racketeers. || Los Santos โ The Return The streets of Los Santos have always been a battleground for power, but one organization has remained quietly influentialโan underground network built by the Baltic Mafia. This is not just a story about violence or crime, but one of brotherhood, loyalty, and calculated moves that have kept the Baltic presence alive, even when faced with the most extreme opposition. Leading this resurgence is Renars Laubergs, a name once feared, now reborn. In the early 2019, Renars Laubergs, alongside Intars Lidaka, Janis Piebalgs, and Maris Finieris, made East Beach the epicenter of the Baltic Mafiaโs activities. They werenโt just criminalsโthey were tacticians. Specializing in drug trafficking, loansharking and extortion. Renars and his crew operated smoothly under the radar of the authorities. Renars was known for his sharp mind, ability to stay calm under pressure, and his crew's deep loyalty to him. But everything changed when Maris made a move that would shake their foundation. Attempting to kill a detective who had been investigating the Baltic Mafia for years, Maris triggered an all-out war with the police. It wasnโt long before the streets of Los Santos were crawling with undercover agents and tactical units hunting them down. Knowing the heat was too intense to continue business as usual, Renars made the tough decision to lay low. He took a portion of his loyal crew and returned to the motherland. There, they regrouped, reconnected with old contacts, and bided their time. | Laubergskaya Lives After years of staying off the radar, Renars Laubergs returned to Los Santos. The streets may have calmed down, but the ambition remained. The downfall of Maris and others left a vacuum in the city's underworldโone that Renars intends to fill it. With years of experience, a tighter crew, and new connections from overseas, Renars is ready to rebuild the Baltic Empire, one step at a time. He returned not as a man looking for revenge, but with a clear vision: to rebuild the Baltic presence in Los Santos from the ground up, ensuring that this time, nothing would stand in his wayโnot the cops, not the competition, and certainly not the past. || ((OOC INFORMATION)) ((This is a crew operating under the Bellantonio Crime Family. We aim to provide high-quality character development and roleplay with a focus on organized crime blending into an Italian-American structure. )) PM @troubleman for more information or to get involved.1 point

The Ghetto Boyz Gang (GBZ) is a Sureno gang coming out of Glen Park, Los Santos. They were established around four decades ago and have several cliques. The Ghetto Boyz 13 are enemies with hoods like the Playboys 13, 39th Street, 41st Street, The Hang out Boys, Clanton 14, and Primera Flats. The Ghetto Boyz 13 rivalry with the Primera Flats has been harmful to both sides and their neighborhoods, with both being around the same area, they both proclaimed the park which resulted in a war over it, this led to tragic events like April 2002, where an 8-year-old boy was playing at the park and was shot in the chest during a crossfire between the two gangs, causing him to lose his life. This made the area hot and caused a lot of unwanted attention between the two street gangs. For more information contact nor invite link, hit @Chechenyan Mobster up.1 point

At the minute, IFT/FTC is in dire need of change. I am hearing no positive feedback about the going ons at the minute and have been told that leads are having to step in as a result. This is also a complaint that Flip had prior to resigning as both admin and FTC. Considering the illegal factions are what keeps roleplay alive and draws the majority of the playerbase in, it is astounding that standards have been allowed to slip so far. For reference, just a month ago I had been told by badhbh that Spectre "did fuck all anyway". So now we're down to two, one of which supposedly does nothing. An IFT meeting took place where official factions were discussed; Flip was tasked with reviewing current officials, which would have likely seen FBMC being descripted due to lack of activity and standards. Barons MC was meant to be given official following the entire team being in agreement, which would have filled the slot formerly held by Nakahara-Kai. Black Mafia Family was also meant to take an open slot, then followed by Obshyak. Why have these factions still not been rewarded almost a month later when the playerbase is already in decline and suffering from demotivation? These are questions that should be being asked. Props to Dos Santos and Izumi for offering to take a stand and push for said changes, but I will hold out giving any real credit until these promises comes to fruition.1 point
