Their is mainly centered in South Central LS. Their neighborhood consisted of low down citizens who are in the section eight housing complex provided by the city of Los Santos. Over the process of a few years the area had inherited a wave of African-Americans and low income families which was most suitable for them. The area was infested due to the mass relocation of caucasians over to Mirror Park due to the influx of shootings and overal crime infested neighborhood increasing extremely fast over a few years. Brogue started off as a money-oriented group of young kids inside of the projects who steadily grew into more of a developed group eager for more power, money, and fame. The Brogue Crips are mainly known in neighboring hoods as “Glove Gang” embarrassing them four known members who started the initial group. This group are named, Dameon Beasly, Rahsaan Holmes, Nehemiah Stewart, and finally the youngest in the group Demonni Beasly the younger brother of Dameon. Demonni Beasly, 13 years of age a student of the Brogue Highschool was a outstanding student his first couple months enrolled into the schools program. He is known to be kin of Dameon and often took the repercussions of it. Demonni would constantly get involved into fights with other freshmen inside of the schools bathroom. This would slowly take a tole on his life and the people around him, he would come back home with scars across his body most notably his face and would brush it off. The next time he would have to defend himself over honor would come a few weeks later when the whole school heard about a fight that was supposed to take place during the final period of the day, this would eventually gain a crowd of over 30+ people crowded and gathered up waiting for the duo. This had caught the attention of Demonni’s older brother Dameon and he would be in attendance behind his little brother. Demonni would eventually get the upper-hand on the other student, this would then turn into a large brawl/jumping between the groups. The rival group known as the O-Boys at the time were much larger in numbers than the group of four teen and mostly had the attention of the whole entire school. Dameon Beasly, 16, at the time would go back to their housing projects gathering up a round of young teens who all had the same hatred for the group due to multiple and individual incidents that took place ultimately solidified the beef. Dameon, the gang founder at the time came up with the name “Glove” from the four original teens and would often be seen throwing up four fingers signalizing the newly formed group at the time. The four teens along with the kids inside Brogue would involve themselves in a chain robberies of known “O-Boys” members taking valuables and boasting about it over the internet bringing a lot of tension to themselves and the apparent notice of the Los Santos Police Department. The Glove Boyz instantly caught the attentions of the internet and surrounding neighborhoods for their actions and became one of the most quickly growing groups. Increasing in numbers means no base control inside of the group, they quickly were making themselves known as a nuisance to the Davis area. Dameon was the main threat out of the whole neighborhood due to the fact of him being the most experienced. All these events throughout the Brogue area would take place over a couple years while during the timeskip the third and fourth member who originally started the group proposed the groups quick decision to change their name and continue to run operations further as a gang operation running on the Eastside of Los Santos. They eventually came up with the slogan for the “Glove” as otherwise named the Four Finger Families. The younger generation is now fully operating gang on the Eastside of Los Santos, they are easily noticeable around social media flaunting off weapons, money, chains or anything they can get their hands on to boast about. Their gang presence is visible from the hang signs which corresponds to the Four Fingers, or otherwise known in their name the “Foeties”. The Brogue Neighborhood 40s is a multi-generational violent gang that operates primarily in East Los Santos and has ties to other gangs with whom they are known to have violent disputes. Brogue Neighborhood 40s is composed of three subsets, known as “cliques” or “sets,” identified as Dillion Ave Foeties, Glove Gangsters, and Only The Spoety’s [OTS] Each clique claims different geographical territories within the gang’s overall claimed territory, and has its own respective leaders or "shotcallers," who direct the gang’s criminal activity.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     AVENUE'S                                                                                                                                                                                            The Avenue’s originally started off as just Avenue’s, even with the Hustler Crips on 42nd, the Avenues kept their Avenue moniker along with 46th Street. They eventually grouped with the rest of the 40’s under the Neighborhood 40 Crips.  The Avenue’s are a clique / sub-set under the Rollin 40 Neighborhood Crips residing on the edges of Los Angeles near Vermont Avenue on 46th Street also known as 068. The clique received recognition in 2018 as known rapper, Dody6 & Numba4oe released song and music video, ”Avenue Assholes” & ”GANG SHIT” including multiple other rappers and faces from different cliques in the music video’s. This clique of the Rollin 40s can be seen wearing the Los Angeles Angels attire with the A standing for Avenue's. The Avenue’s originally started off as just Avenue’s, even with the Hustler Crips on 42nd, the Avenues kept their Avenue moniker along with 46th Street. Eleven defendants were named in federal indictments returned by a grand jury in Los Santos District Court. Throughout the investigation and prior to today, task force members arrested 15, Brogue Neighborhood 40s gang members and associates for state violations, seized 22 firearms, and seized in excess of 10 kilograms of rock cocaine. Seven of the 39 federal defendants are in custody and two are considered fugitives. Four of the federal defendants were already incarcerated on unrelated charges and are expected to be transferred to federal custody.
