Request creation of a House/Trailer

[Los Santos Roleplay]

Sometimes you may find that the available houses in Los Santos do not fit with the character you'd like to bring to life. We are happy to accomodate players in this instance in a limited capacity.

 

The only restrictions are:

• Must be in the area of Los Santos, or another frequently populated area of the map. Houses outside Los Santos will only be considered in rare circumstances.
• The rent for houses will be set at $1000/week. The rent for trailers will be set at $600/week. Failure to pay rent twice will result in eviction and the house being available for other players.
• Your character must have the means to own this house (i.e. you must be a large company CEO to request a mansion, etc).
• If the house is to be used by a faction solely for faction use, it must still have a character owner who is bound to the same rules.
• You must not already be renting another house.

 

You can find available interiors below. The reviewing Property Management Team member has full discretion over whether or not your chosen interior fits the exterior.

 

 

You will also be able to request a custom interior to be mapped with your property request, however these are limited to the exterior size of the house (i.e. no mansion interiors on trailer exteriors).

 

If you wish for a house or trailer to be created, you may post a new topic with the title [House Request] Firstname Lastname or [Trailer Request] Firstname Lastname with the following format:
