What is going on with LSRPV and what can be done?

Sunday 29th of March 2026 and the player base hasnt reached over 15. Everyone knows that the current state of the server will lead to it being shut down, but what can REALLY be done to help bring more players in and keep it afloat. Management and staff overall are very unresponsive, we havent gotten an announcement in the main discord related to the server since the 17th of March and even then it was just bug fixes and optimization which all came too late. Feel free to suggest anything below but dont give them a reason to lock this topic, stay civil.

There isn't much in the way of a palpable commitment to the server's ongoing existence. I have seen, in this short time, two entire factions go up and leave out of discouragement over the state of the server, which is obviously detrimental to continued roleplay. Whether this is due to a lack of funding, lack of interest or any of the other (worse) negative things that have been said before by others, I'm not one to tell. I can tell you however it is hard to care to RP when you're vulnerable to get shot out or robbed out of nowhere by someone with little interest to interact and an innate need to get away with shit. Half measures won't do.
