Fergal is a rough-edged Irishman working as a bin man in Los Santos, known to most people in the city for his coarse humour, erratic behaviour, and frequent cocaine use. Off the books, he supplements his wages through low-level burglary and scrap theft. He speaks in a thick, Traveller flavoured slang and moves with the restless energy of someone running on adrenaline and stimulants.
