LOS SANTOS — Residents of Mulholland were shocked today when a gang conflict from neighboring Little Armenia overflowed onto their streets. The usually tranquil suburb, known the world over for its multi-million dollar mansions and experimental architecture, was awash with the sound of screeching tyres and gunshots. Gevorg Arshak, 30, of Temple Drive, was pursued and dispatched in a hail of automatic gunfire by a masked assailant after crashing his BMW into a wall on Blanco Way.

Witnesses on Sunset Boulevard who had seen the car minutes before the crash reported it as swerving erratically despite the absence of traffic and leaking brake fluid. Police believe that Arshak was fleeing a separate shooting on Temple Drive where he is said to have exchanged fire with the occupant of a rental Ford that had been seen loitering outside of some local condominiums for nearly an hour prior. The rental, which police suspect may have been hired with fake documents, was not returned on time and has been listed as missing.
