Have you ever been banned from any LS-RP services (including the Discord server)?: Yes, discord. My discord ban is a bit over the top, being because of some stuff on my profile which I removed when it got brought up, waiting to get it appealed. A trainee banned me idk if that is a factor.

 

Briefly explain why you need to use a VPN/proxy to play LS-RP:
 I cant join the server, I wont be able to ever, unless someone helps. My wifi is special for some reason, living in a third world country, thats no surprise. I can still browse and stuff just fine, but I cant join any servers. This even includes voice chats, but using a VPN solves this. I can join online games and vcs with a vpn on. Heres what it looks like if I attempt to join a VC without a VPN: (no pic perms, but it says no route) I cant even join a roblox game, thus I need a vpn on. Heres the problem, your server, and many servers on SAMP have a anti-vpn. I tried to do small fixes, like changing the DNS and some command prompts but it still dont work. I tried to find a undetectable vpn, a impossibility unless I want to pay (i cant pay).

Basically, if this doesn't get accepted I would have to say good bye and try to find another server, which is hard as all the good servers got anti-vpn.
