1. Auction Rules

• You are only allowed to post bids on an auction. Any post of a different nature by a non-moderator is not tolerated.
  
  All bids must contain the proper format found in the original post of the auction's thread.
  
  All bids are final and cannot be rescinded. The market price is included in the price for the final bid. (It is the player's responsibility to cover the market price and it's multiplier. The market price is exclusive of the final bid. If caught rescinding bids/editing your bid post, you will be banned from bidding on that auction.)
  
  Bidders must have the money bid on hand for the character they bid on. Money in savings, bank or in paycheck will not be counted.
  Punishment: From a forum warning to temporary forum ban.

  Auctions hold a 72-hour bidding room where no one can win the auction. After those 72-hours, a 24-hour countdown starts after each top bid, if that countdown finishes, then the top bid wins.
  
  Players may bid on as many auctions as possible, as long as they can cover the market price and don't exceed the house, apartment or business rules. The player can hold one property final bid at any given time. 
  
  If you character kill the account you're bidding on and change the name while holding the top bid, report your post and inform the team of the circumstances.
