Mmartin left the server long time ago now ist Leah and Bob who run it with their friends, and we are bashing the staff that actualy tries to help the server instead of just understanding that the staff wont do shit if managment chooses favorites they will lose the inspiration to play like the most of the stuff cause someone chooses to rank up they friends instead of the dtaff that actualy needs to be ranked uup and and knows what to do woth the server. Why do yall think so many stuff resigned this past 2 months?

Node and plannit are the only respectable admins left on the team so in all seriousness they are not the ones to blame here (if it’s node hiding posts then that’s not cool dude lets us voice our opinions!) Most of the current admins weren’t around 5 or more years ago and don’t know how to roleplay to an adequate standard and are yet put into positions to administrate people and their roleplay. @meri has been on the server for like a year how is she an admin lol? Genuine question

players - cry about staff censoring them and deleting their posts players - bring out receipts staff - censors them and removes their posts this is fucking ridiculous sell the server or give it to someone else @Mmartin Youre burned out and moved on, thats totally fine dude. Just let go and let someone fix the server. Either that or close the server for good

Ive only hidden one and that was some dude commenting and all it said was ‘SHUT THE FUCK UP’. Im not protecting anyone and I hope accountability is found but becoming toxic aint gonna help the thread reach its course

Invite the pillars of this server into the conversation, the factions. Staff and management cannot answer everybody's complaint, but faction leaders represent their members which makes up the majority of the server. Would it be so difficult to have a discord server or a forum section for faction leaders to be in direct contact with a designated staff member. That way, faction leaders can voice the concerns of the majority of people who make up this server. It could be a venue to speed up processes and accountability. Right now staff seems inaccessible. You basically have to be a nepo to get anywhere. I'm not trying to leave anybody hang out to dry, but does this seem right? Within hours of applying, its already accepted. _______ Now check this. These apps have been up for almost a month. And no, this isn't the problem in and of itself, but it is a symptom of the disease. These are small things that could be fixed IMMEDIIATELY if you people would delegate. It's not a matter of "script" or anything else that takes time. The problem isn't just at the very top, it has infected every facet, big and small. Get real.

It's encouraging to see threads like this pop off because it shows that a lot of people still care. I feel most of the criticism here, especially those directed toward staff, are valid. Although I have to say most of the things that everyone has wanted to see happen has been, in some shape or form, pushed forward by staff only to hit a wall somewhere and yield no returns. Not a fault of a single individual, but a lot of things just don't come through for one reason or another. I don't really have much of a horse in this race but all I can promise is to do what I can within my capacity to help factions with whatever they need to produce quality roleplay. For what it's worth, if anyone has a sick concept and need resources/help from IFT just let us know and we'll sort you out.

It's clear that players are frustrated with the lack of consistency and dedication, and that internal issues within the staff team are affecting the server. The real question is how we move forward from here. From a player’s perspective, the script and features are already there. They’re solid. What’s missing is an active player base and motivated, engaged staff. This might be the moment to seriously try proper marketing and to openly discuss expectations. If you're an admin, moderator, developer, or someone willing to help, now is the time to speak up, share your availability, and be clear about what you can realistically contribute so the server can move forward together.

as long as this server is being treated like a team deathmatch server shit wont be fixed, im not even going to point at the massive mismanagement by the upper echelon the "other community" might be questionable and horrendous in many angles but at least if enough people complain, they get shit fixed lol

They’re probably both asleep, man. These kinds of comments and stuff are what will unfortunately lead to this topic getting yeeted away. So while honesty and voices are fantastic, you have to pick your battles. Im sure they will muster up a reply but it’s not going to be instantaneous.
