His sharp mind and ability to command respect earned him steady promotions within the cartel, eventually granting him the authority to establish Pacifico Logistics Group in San Fierro as a legitimate front for cartel operations. Within the Sinaloa Cartel, Salvador holds a high-ranking leadership position, overseeing international supply chains, maritime routes, and financial operations. Known for his strategic mind and cold efficiency, he maintains an image of a respectable businessman while quietly orchestrating the movement of product across borders. His ability to merge corporate discipline with cartel ruthlessness has made him one of Sinaloa’s most trusted and most feared power players.
