Anti-Corruption Group Los Santos History Since 2018, the Anti-Corruption Group was founded in Red County with the following goals in mind: To control, limit and expose the corruption of government employees breaking their own laws. To hold corrupt government employees accountable for violations of laws. To raise awareness of government corruption in the eyes of the public. Basis The Anti-Corruption Group is a non-profit organization, focused on targeting corrupt government officials, including primarily armed law enforcement officers. The Anti-Corruption Group operates primarily in United States of America, where we use the basis of the Constitution of United States. Primarily, we focus on educating the masses of their rights (which for some reason aren't taught in most education systems) provided to them by the following constitutional amendments: 1st Amendment: Freedom of Expression The government doesn't have the authority to limit civil free expression. This includes even expression of grief. Failing to allow free civil expression will lead to dishonesty, unrest and limiting the freedom of innocent people for the purpose of silencing them. 2nd Amendment: Gun Rights The government doesn't have the authority to disarm non-violent non-felons The government should NOT require licenses to constitutionally and legally obtain, possess and carry firearms for the purpose of necessary defense from actual unlawful threats, including government tyranny. The United States was founded on an armed revolution against government tyranny. 4th Amendment: No Unlawful Searches/Seizures The government doesn't have the right to detain any free individual, without objective reasonable suspicion that said individual is involved in criminal activity. The government doesn't have the right to search any free individual, without objective reasonable suspicion that said individual may be in possession of contraband. The government doesn't have the right to arrest any free individual, without objective probable cause that said individual may have violated the law. The government doesn't have the right to find guilty any individual of a crime, without due process or objective proof beyond any reasonable doubt that said individual is guilty of said crime. 5th Amendment: No Forced Incrimination The government cannot compel anyone to testify in a criminal trial, against themselves or others. This doesn't apply to civil trials. The government cannot use torture methods to compel anyone to testify. General Plan The Anti-Corruption Group intends to enforce the freedom and the rights of the people with the following methods: Sue the corrupt government officials. Raise Awareness of the government corruption to the public, through civil protests. Persist until the issue has been resolved for the whole public equally and fairly, or die trying.
