Paul recently moved in Los Santos City from Stockton California, he resides at Cardinal Park with his mother. Although a shy kid, he likes to get out of the house a lot to escape his loud mother. You can usually see him riding around in his bike or walking with his french bulldog. He plans on attending Crenshaw High in August. His ancestry is Filipino After a week of moving, Paul became well-known to the neighbors in Crenshaw. He always hangs out with his neighbors on the street and constantly looks for ways to make money on the street. UPDATE Paul Sotto was recruited into the gang at the age of fourteen. Since money was Paul's number one obsession, the affiliated members decided to put him on under the name Lil Money. Paul used to slang drugs for Lamont Johnson a/k/a Big Money. Since Paul became a member of the gang, he has constantly encountered trouble in the streets.
