idk about ur social life but if i was to go onto my social media rn, i can easily see that ppl n businesses r known for setting up meet n greet spots, varying on ur interests and hobbies.
alot of businesses are known for being a chill spot, regardless of it being a casual work night or an actual organized event. in having social media, youre able to take out the literal metagaming going on this general discussion in terms of where you should all gather and hang out. rp hubs should be set up IC n not through a general discussion board
if u feel like there's no way of doing that, make sure you use /ad ig if ur so desperate to stand around and rp in a circle

social media provides all types of rp and does get people ig. social media also includes everything else that it has irl. if you cant bare the "horny bunch of people posting semi-lewd pictures on the internet, or spammed with business ads", stay off it

We didn't chase anyone, we took revenge on the ones we saw, Manuel died, we were kidnapping Salazar and he didn't obey us, Chemian was hit by a car and he died because of that, the others we saw were Heriberto and we beat him.
You were only 6 people. Do you think it was suitable to be approaching us 6 deep, not thinking you're going to provoke a reaction? Manuel upped his gun and put it away. He even stated in PMs it was a MC. I don't mind, take that however you want.
You obviously haven't read RoE. You keep stating the same things over and over without actually reading RoE. You did chase and it is evident in the video sent to Nature. Attempting to kidnap Raphael Salazar is a faction attack. Heriberto is an outsider and resides in the flats. He has no gang related tattoos. I have no idea why you even jumped him. You did this an hour after the attack on us, once again, breaching RoE for not following cool downs.
Plain to see that you arguing the facts is proof that you don't know the RoE and refuse to follow it. Also funny to see that you praise RP but you're chucking up OOC reports into your little DM videos. 😂-

Now this is funny. The text was at 5:38PM. You boys kept cycling through the flats and came through around 7:50PM and finally conducted an attack at 8:15PM. You sat in our turf for 25 mins and waited to chase us. Not to mention, you saw us passing you guys by in a car. It wasn't like you saw us standing around or anything. You just approached the car and started shooting. If you're trying to tell me that you're out here not looking to DM, you haven't convinced me. -

You're trying to read through the fine print or something. Look at the text as a whole.
"must be open for a minimum of 1 week before conducting an attack on any faction."
You PM'd him and he clarified it for you. But it's ok, that's not an issue. You can take that as an attack but it still doesn't void everything else.
You're right, there was only six of you rocking up to the flats and waiting for us. -
You can have history within a faction. But being an actual faction that abides by RoE is by the date of when you've created your faction thread. I can claim that I've had a faction for 3 months and open my fac thread tomorrow to attack people too.
You PM'd Manuel regarding it and he clarified that was an MC but you still decided to take it into your own hands.

Regardless of if he did or didn't do it on purpose, you still took it into your own hands to linger in another faction's territory. You sat there and waited for us with 7 people. Even the number of people you brought is a violation of RoE. You also chased us out of there and pursued us into Carson. I understand you're trying to not break rules but if you're not, you have to read the RoE and understand it as a faction leader.

Explanation (person(s) involved, backstory, conclusion, etc): NF13 had a brawl with some ABZ members outside a night club the other day. No guns were drawn. This included one person that they could've recognized on their next attack against us. They came through the flats in Rancho, sat in our turf with two cars deep full of people. They then left, came back and chased us to kill us. They killed us.Evidence: Evidence will be sent to person handling.
Notes: Earl Olmos, Joshua Ochoa and Manuel Velasquez all died

@EazyyyE, You sat in E/S Mafia Bloods turf provoking a situation and you got it. You could've driven away at any given time, considering you were outnumbered, but you decided to stay and provoke a situation by cussing out the members in their own turf. What happen was your own fault and escalated to a shooting after you continued to linger and not drive away when you were clearly given a chance to do so.
Another thing, as a fresh faction, you should be in your early stages of development hence why we have a no attack period for the first week. I'll give you a break but next time, you'll be given a faction strike. Reread the RoE and do not attack or provoke another faction within your first week of creating your faction.

Server CKs don't work well. There's alot of factors that need to be considered. One of them is constant DM. I've died 6 times in one day and if I didn't have my OBS running to record it all, I'm sure 4 of those deaths would've slid through and would've been deducted from my 'life points' or whatever you want to call it. Right now the state of illegal faction RP is too hectic and chaotic to be able to regulate a system like that. There's alot of level 1's and 2's that are super trigger happy and look for any reason to shoot.
Safe to say, @SCANDALOUZ, it looks like most of your interactions aren't even in the southern part of LS so you're safe from death most of the time. Try standing out in Jamestown Flats at 4AM time with no admins/testers or on duty officers online. That'll change your opinion quick. -

Nueve Flats 13, as a faction, was DM'd day in, day out. We had 60 people in that faction and majority eventually all quit from how often we'd get DM'd. We had to go through some lengthy reports to even get a fraction of punishment towards those who deserved it.. The amount of effort that had to be put in to get someone punished was annoying for all of us, due to how crappy the punishment was. Punishments should be much harsher to deter those from killing the playerbase. A lot of the deathmatchers actually knew how to roleplay but didn't take LS-RP seriously like they did their other servers.
People may disagree with what I've said but if you weren't in NF13, you had no idea how bad it was. Luckily we had @Birdman & @Marshall as admins in our faction. I could only imagine how fucked it would've been if we didn't have staff in the faction. Regardless, DM'ing literally killed the largest and most active faction on this server. Also, DMs punishments were extremely light at the time so idk about now. Just thought I'd put it out there cause I'm sure I'm speaking on alot of behalfs.
