We are looking for players who want to develop well-rounded and realistic characters. If you are interested in climbing the ranks quickly you should definitely look at another faction to join.     What is expected from you upon joining Beogradska Grupa: Just wanted to make a quick note on the faction's new members and people wanting to join and also existing faction members within Beogradska Grupa. We're not just looking for sensational role players who can maintain a standard fit for the community's guidelines consistently, but also for people who are willing to come along and learn with us whilst we progress as a faction. That's something myself, as a leader of the faction is consistently trying to improve on a vast scale. We welcome any type of role player, from new to old, the only thing we request is that once joining, you are willing to take on board constructive comments and able to put them into action to improve yourself, whilst we all learn, together under one unit. The game is meant to be fun, and I'm pushing for it to be as enjoyable as possible whilst being able to maintain the LSRP guidelines & what is required from us. I'd just like to highlight a few comments from the guidelines that have been provided. This has been noted in private, but upon anyone willing to join, be able to willingly work towards these targets. @XSystem's & @click's private message inbox is always open to any inquiries, constructive criticism, and also any issues that anybody in the community has with the faction. Thank you. Active member base and sustainability. Prove to be stable and active over time. To be considered as an active a faction must have at least 5 to 10 active members by average. The faction management needs to be able to see that a faction has it in them to stay active and consistent. Faction environment, realism, and progression. Create and provide an environment that is enjoyable for everybody to see and be around with. Be realistic to a degree, unique, and simply make sense within the world of San Andreas. Be a member of the faction that not only sparks interest, but portrays a realistic character along with taking every instance seriously and maintaining the standard expected of us. LS:RP rules, faction rules, and common sense. The ability to follow all of the rules is expected. A faction member that's within our faction needs to be able to set an example for the general community to look up to. Always be observant of any changes concerning factions and the server's limitations. Recruitment throughout our faction is completely in character. There are multiple ways to associate yourself with the faction and there are countless role-play opportunities in place to cater for every role-play needs. OOC Information This is a Serbian Crime Group/Organization, and all kind of recruitment happens through IC methods. Every member is to follow the server rules at all times. Failure to do so will result in a kick, and you might face a report against you through the report section. We want to maintain a good reputation so we do not tolerate any trolls or flippant behaviour, if you are caught doing so you’ll end up with a warning.
