Eastside Hustler Crip (EHC) is a predominantly african-american street gang with it's roots going back as far as the 1980s. The gang has a long and rich history that revolves around gang violence and wrong doings, with the majority of members following a common theme of the desire for power, respect, women, money and protection.
 

Gangs that fall under the Hustler Crips are loosely connected and are not necessary allies of each other. The term "street gang" is commonly used interchangeably with "youth gang", referring to neighborhood or street-based youth groups that meet "gang" criteria. Currently the gang has an active membership consisting of around twenty to thirty members. The gang operates around Jefferson, a district slightly to the northeast of the city center of Los Santos, San Andreas. North of Jefferson is Las Colinas, while to the south are Idlewood and Ganton. West of Jefferson is Glen Park, while to the east is East Los Santos. It's turf starts from Crenshaw Boulevard and stretches all the way over to Washington. The area has prominent gang activity and is a low-income district with a high crime rate.
 

The gang is divided into three separate cliques: Crenshaw Hustler Crips (30s), Slauson Hustler Crips/Cardinal Hustler Crips (60s) and Washington Hustler Crips/Rowdy Hustler Crips (80s). In previous years there has been a noticeable downfall in the gang's membership, with the 60s Cardinal Hustler Crip sub-set being considered defunct for a period of time. Lately however the sub-clique and the overall function has seen an up-tick in new members joining, especially youth that seem to be driven by a promise of power and/or protection from other gangs.
 

The Hustler Crips operate independently, which means each Hustler Crip set carry their own allies and Rivals. Eastside Hustler Crip doesn't fall under trays or deuce, they operate independently due to previous beef with both Gangster & Neighborhood Crip sets & also the majority of Mafia Crip sets as well.
 

The Eastside Hustler Crip are rivals of 99 Mafia Crip, Florencia 13, Lennox 13, South Side 13, Bounty Hunter Bloods, Palm Tree Piru, 54 Van Ness Gangster Brim, 83 Gangster Crips, Kelly Park Hustler Crips, with Florence 13 being the longest running rivalry being directly responsible for the increased gang-related crimes around Jefferson. Police has an increased presence around Jefferson, making an effort to combat gang-related murders, shootings, and general violence related to gang activity.

Idk but in my experience these custom hoods on GTA:W are laggy. Like, there's a small drop in FPS and its noticeable. And I got a good computer mind you.

 

Unless they are well optimized I'd rather not see them in game.

• Did your faction attempt to initiate roleplay or resolve the situation peacefully before escalating it into a war after one of your members upped a gun on someone from BE13?

We were not aware that said person was a member of BE13, there was hardly any roleplay at the scene since they just ran off. So there was nothing to resolve. We were also not the ones escalating it into a war. Whenever we tried interacting with them we were met with hostility, the chat clearly shows that on the evidence from 22 JJune.

 

• During the brawl on June 22nd, did your faction members engage in any hostile behavior that could be interpreted as a faction attack, such as using firearms or bladed weapons?

Nothing like that happened. We just had a brawl then we OOC-ly helped them up and we were on our way.

Also I would like to know how did a faction that has been open for less than a few days managed to build the connections to have so many guns? I would appreciate if an admin would look into the logs because I suspect metagaming.

The economy is perfect as is. I've barely had to grind and I'm pretty well off right now, in the sense that I got everything I need but there for sure is some street about getting enough money by Sunday to pay off the rent and car loan. And that's fine and realistic.

 

This is not SAMP where you can just buy a 1.2M house and buy your Bullet and go chill at the mall. You can't buy expensive shit from the get go and that's perfectly fine the way it is.

 

Speaking from the gang roleplay POV, selling drugs and having those sales actually matter money-wise and not be done just for the RP is a huge improvement, same thing for selling guns. I've made all of my money IC-ly through roleplay and I'm sure there are a lot of ways you could do that as well.

 

Whatever happens just for the love of God don't fuck up the economy again so we have to sell pistols for 20k and M4s for 100k and a house in the hood runs you a few Ms. This is a fresh start.

Membership Violation (8 Man attacks)

• Only six participants can be involved in any faction attack, this includes allies. As an attacking faction, you are to choose your weapons realistically based on the severity of the war.

 

Unrealistic escalation and choice of weaponary

Faction attacks should be performed in a sensible manner, including sufficient reasoning for the choice of weapons used.

 

Deathmatching

The killing or maiming of another person with little to no reason or a reason that realistically would not justify the killing or maiming of another human being is not allowed. Provoking another person and or group in order to create an engagement that leads to a shootout and or fight is also covered under this rule and not allowed.

 

Starting wars without being open for a week

New factions are prohibited from provoking other factions and must be open for a minimum of 1 week before conducting an attack on any faction. If the newly formed faction is attacked first by an opposing faction, they may actively retaliate against them in a realistic manner that accommodates their faction's current development. It is worth to mention that newer factions shall not attempt to loophole around this clause by performing robberies or brawls with the intention of getting attacked by another faction and entering a faction war.

Backstory:

  We have recently entered an Uncontrolled Faction War with Barrio Evil 13. The reason for this war is that one of our members upped a gun on somebody from BE13. The said person ran off and nothing much happened after. We do not have any evidence of this or any screenshots. We chose to go with it In Character and see where the war leads us. My members said there was hardly any roleplay at all and the person getting threatened with the gun didn't even roleplay anything.

 

  June 22nd, 2023, at around 19:46 servertime.

This was the next interaction with BE13. We were searching for somebody and approached BE13 members to ask where they from since we didn't know what gang is on this side. They were hostile towards us and a brawl ensued. 

 

  June 22nd, 2023, at around 20:56 servertime.

BE13 chose to retaliate for the brawl and escalate the war to gunplay by shooting down Jabari Hall.

Three of my members as seen in the video were driving around Davis. Their intention was not to scope BE13 or even engage with them. They suddenly got shot at out of BE13's turf by their members. Video available.

Once again BE13 attacks us after we have yet to retaliate for any of their attacks so far. They performed a drive-by but were met with resistance from my members.

After three attacks with no retaliation from us, we were attacked once again by BE13 but this time they went for a blockwipe and further escalated the situation by pulling up with sub machine guns and pistols, also breaking the participant limit by using two cars to perfom an 8 man attack. 

 

Not only that but not even an hour has passed since their last attack, thus breaching the 6 Hour Cooldown rule.

 

We have not yet even retaliated for their first attack, or any for that matter, yet they always escalated and attacked us further.

Bryan Cortez, Giano Narvaez and presumably others logged off after they got shot down. We are unsure if this is some exploit they are attempting. They also always log off after each attack they do.

 

Their last attack was just pure Deathmatch since there was no reason to escalate the war to the point of blockwipes. There was no reason to even attack us today since we haven't even retaliated at all. 

 

They also have not been opened for a week and it seems to me like they used the robbery as an excuse to attack my faction.

Notes: 

This faction has been up for about 3 days now and they are already gunning down other factions and their content revolves around mostly DM. We have tried to let the war build up in a realistic matter but there was simply no chance to do so since they always escalated and attacked us, breaching several rules at once by doing so.
