Davis Varrio 70 is a Mexican-American street gang based in Davis. The gang claims the East side of the incorporated city of Davis, bordered by Macdonald Street, Brouge Street, and Carson Avenue. Davis Varrio 70 is one of the oldest longstanding varrios in the city.
Davis Varrio 70s ranks among the largest Hispanic street gangs in Davis. It is the only varrio that controls three separate turf areas within city limits, with sections on both the East and West sides.
The newest emerging and most active clique on the East side is the clique Mafiosos, known as MFS. The clique built its name through graffiti and violent rivalries, maintaining ongoing conflicts with other Davis Varrios, Piru sets, and Crip sets. These include Davis Varrio Tortilla Flats, Davis Varrio Segundo, Davis Varrio Locos, Davis Varrio Tokers, Tree Top Piru, and ATF Davis Crip. These conflicts have contributed to racial tension within Davis.
