  1. The term "street gang" is commonly used interchangeably with "youth gang", referring to neighborhood or street-based youth groups that meet "gang" criteria. Currently, the gang has an active membership, with the count surpassing around ten to fifteen members. The gang operates around Willowfield, a district in the south-east area of Los Santos, San Andreas in areas including, Elbert Street, Arbutus Street, & Sampson Street. These area's are known for its prominent gang activity and is a low-income district with a high crime rate. These neighborhoods have become unsafe and invested with drug addicts loitering and engaging in illegal activities on the streets. This has caused fear and discomfort among families and individuals. Criminal incidents like theft, vandalism, and drug dealing have increased, making it challenging for law-abiding citizens to feel safe. As a result, property values have declined, and overall livability has suffered. Efforts by the authorities to address these issues have not been very successful, leaving the community feeling exposed and neglected. Money, Murda, Power is a mixed-nationality street gang with its roots going as far back as the early, 1990s. Business, Money, Bitches, has built a long infamous history that revolves around criminal acts and intense trafficking, notorious for pushing the majority of members to develop routines and bad habits for power, respect, women, money, and protection. The gang is divided into three separate groups/cliques: Chain Gang (CG), Get Money Gang (GMG), and Money, Murda, Power (MMP). In previous years there has been a noticeable downfall in the gang's membership, with the Chain Gang (CG) sub-set, being considered defunct for an extended period of time. Lately, however, all of the cliques within the group have picked up activity increasing the overall activity all around the board, allowing an increase with new individuals joining, especially younger individuals within the communities, who seem to be driven, or goal-oriented and focused on making money, gaining power and respect and protection from other street gangs. Groups that fall under the group are loosely connected and are not necessarily allies with each other. Elbert Street, Willowfield, Los Santos, San Andreas, 516 Elbert Street, Willowfield located in between Fremont Avenue, & Clinfton Avenue is home to the Elbert Street Low Income Homes & Apartment's. Elbert Street being the center of the operation is known to hold a large amount of the groups member's, holding two different apartment complex's and the low income flats/house's. Elbert Street also is known to store one of the Ammunation's in Los Santos which was recently closed after a government shutdown due to the amount of robberies preformed on the business and the unsafe environment surrounding it. Arbutus Street & Clifton Avenue, Willowfield, Los Santos, San Andreas, 516 Arbutus Street is known to home a abundance of the, Chain Gang, members living on the one way street are known to use the area to their advantage growing up, running from the police and preforming an abundance of petty theft's and armed robberies, Arbutus Street, is known for its vicious criminal activity and up roaring gun activity within the area. Arbutus Street meets with Clifton Avenue holding, Garcia's Discount the local nienty-nine cent store in Willowfield. Clifton Avenue connects Elbert Street to Arbutus Street and houses the Cluck N Bell in Willowfield. Clifton Avenue runs from the dead end in Willowfield to the south-east part of Ganton. Sampson Street & Alandele Avenue, Willowfield, Los Santos, San Andreas, 516 Sampson Street is known to home the, Willowfield town center, housing, beauty supply stores, convivence stores, tobacco stores, local deli's, food chain's, and, the Willowfield Fitness & Boxing Gym, currently owned by TaeVaughn Wright. Alandele Avenue is directly across from the Willowfield town center and houses the, Alandele Avenue, apartments. Sampson Street and Alandele is known to house some of the Get Money Gang member's due to the Willowfield town center being a hot spot for drug traffecking due to the in and out traffic from Ganton to Willowfield or from Willowfield to Playa Del Seville. Willowfield Fitness & Boxing Gym Willowfield Fitness & Boxing Gym owned and started in the late 90's, early 2000's, was started within the Wright family originally opened by TaeVaughn Wright's grandfather, Melvin Wright, as a boxing gym offering after school care and training to the people of the Willowfield community. As the community grew the gym grew allowing for Melvin to invest into it getting proper equipment and a boxing arena. It's success is purely driven off of the community and helping improve people's lives. Willowfield Fitness & Boxing Gym has been able to expand and grow with the help of Melvin's reputation with the Willowfield community. With the recent pass of TaeVaugh's father, TaeVaughn was handed the family business as a way to keep kids off the street and people away from crime. Currently, Money, Murda, Power, does not have any rivals except, The Pat Nixon Connection (BMF), being directly responsible for the increased gang-related crimes around, Idlewood. Police have since increased their presence around Idlewood, making an effort to combat gang-related murders, shootings, and general violence related to gang activity. However, this thread will be updated constantly.
  2. DRUG BUST IN WILLOWFIELD, LEADING OFFICERS TO FINDING... OVER THREE POUNDS IN NARCOTICS, & ILLEGAL WEAPONS! By Britney Richardson | May 25th, 2024 WILLOWFIELD DRUG BUST LEADS POLICE TO RECOVING OVER $50,000 IN NARCOTICS & WEAPONS! During a local house raid in the Elbert Street apartment's & low income house's, police have recovered, a combined amount of two pounds (896 grams) of Marijuana, a pound (448 grams) of Cocaine and a crate of promethazine and codeine oral solution. Police have arrested over three (3) individuals and recovered over five unregistered firearms. Two of the individuals have been found guilty to possession of illegal firearms, possession with intent to distribute, possession of illegal substances, evading/ resisting. Local residents are in great relief, hoping that with the bust comes a burst of inactivity throughout the local Willowfield neighborhoods surrounding, Elbert Street. Elbert Street has become known for its uprooting crime rate, and constant activity of gang's and gun violence. The Los Santos Police Deparment has announced the development and creation of a, R.I.C.O, case being built against the Business, Money, Bitch's / Money, Murda, Power, trafficking organization. With the rise in police activity within the neighborhood and constant presence of the Gangs and Narcotics division, in hopes to tarnish and minimize the amount of crimes committed within the Willowfield area.
