A character who reacts to what is happening around him. Not being the robo-roleplayer who is afraid of nothing, sees no consequence in his actions etc. I would like to see an emotional and mental development. I think that's a compelling character. It would be nice if we get/make a section on the forum again where you can show your character development (if there isn't already one), with a good storyline.

Definitely agreeing, I don't see a reason why they wouldn't implement it if a lot of people want to roleplay as a mechanic. There's a dutch horrible rp server where they implemented this. It's called the ANWB and they've got a lot of work and people that work for the company. It brings a lot of interaction.
For the vehicle it would be nice to have a lay out like this when you step in your vehicle (see spoiler). If the engine turns orange, you know you need a mechanic. If it turns red your car is broken and won't drive anymore. You know if your car is locked when the lock is red, etc.

Make sure you've got enough ram too. They say minimum is 8gb, but I recommend 16 gb's.

I don't know much about LAPD/LSPD but where I used to work, it worked like that. Usually, while the driver is the younger police officer, the passenger and responsible for the team is the older and experienced one (when you work with 2 police officers in the car).
You're not always driving with two in the car, so that's not going to work.

Not sure if the court procedure is possible in game. You'd need judges etc. I think FM should be the one to give a verdict OOCly and ICly. An ALT that's a judge if they've got time for that, lol.

I would like to know what kind of events you would like to see in the future on LS-RP:V. Think about the earthquake event we had in the past or the Halloween Island.
