  1. On the 7th of July 1999, Caesar Deisha Rodriguez was born of a Mexican father and a Jamaican mother in the town of Acateno in Puebla, Mexico. He grew up in a rough neighborhood, where he learned at an early age how to take care of himself and fight for what he wanted. possessing a rugged charm shaped by years of hardship, complexities of his family background and the struggles he faced in his formative years. He has a wiry frame, dark long curly hair adorned with a few silver streaks from stress, and deep brown eyes that seem to hold a storm of emotions. The disjointed dynamic of his childhood rooted itself in the divorce of his parents when he was just six years old. Following this event, Caesar moved in with his mother, where he often felt the absence of his father. He would secretly visit his father's auto shop, where the scent of oil and the sounds of machinery were both comforting and indicative of the paternal bond he craved. His mother remarried when he was twelve, introducing a new stepfather who didn’t embrace Caesar's differences and treated him harshly. Although he loved his mother, her new husband was dismissive of Caesar's ambitions. This further alienated him, making the auto shop a sanctuary away from home, and it lead Caesar to feel isolated and misunderstood in his own home, intensifying his loneliness and insecurity. Caesar’s relationship with his mother is complex; she loves him deeply but often struggles to understand his identity and the weight of his pain. This disconnect exacerbates his feelings of isolation. His stepfather views Caesar as a rebellious burden, leading to frequent conflicts and deepening Caesar's sense of not belonging. The most pivotal moment in Caesar's life occurred when he was seventeen. His father was killed in a shootout at the auto shop, caught in the crossfire of gang-related violence. This trauma fractured what little stability he had, pushing him to escape the life he knew. Growing up in a neighborhood that was often plagued by crime and neglect, Caesar faced numerous hurdles, he developed a strong aversion to the life he stumbled into when he fell into crime out of necessity. He is resourceful, tenacious, and fiercely loyal, but also has a vulnerability stemming from his struggles with acceptance—both from others and himself. Over the next few years, Caesar found himself involved in low-level drug running and illegal street racing, utilizing his mechanical expertise to modify cars and evade law enforcement. In search of redemption after several close calls with law enforcement and a growing fear of retaliation from enemies, Caesar made the tough decision to leave Mexico and head to the Land of the free. In search of a fresh start, Caesar emigrated to the United States, full of hope but still haunted by his past. He envisioned himself rebuilding his life as a legitimate person. Yet, as he settled in the tough neighborhoods of Los Santos, he found the opportunities for honest work limited, and the allure of quick money from crime too enticing to resist.
