HISTORY OF THE GANG 65 Menlo Gangster Crips (MGC), represent an active African-American street faction situated on the West Side of Los Santos, SA. Originating in the 1970s as the Menlo Boys, the group later adopted the moniker Menlo Gangster Crips, aligning themselves with the Gangster Crips/Trays/3x crip car. Initially closely affiliated with the Eight Tray Gangster Crips, their relationship soured over time, leading to a rift. Subsequently, the Menlo Crips established ties with the Neighborhood Crips, particularly the 67 Neighborhood Crips. This shift prompted a renaming, transitioning from Gangster Crips to 65 Menlo Neighborhood Crips, signifying their alignment with the NHC/Duece 2x crip car. LO'S GANG There has been a longstanding presence of cliques within the Menlo Crips, stemming from the protracted conflict between the Menlos and Hoovers in the 1980s. This feud led to the formation of multiple cliques within the Menlo Neighborhood Crip, including the 65 Menlo Crips, 67 Menlo Crips, 68 Menlo Crips, 70 Menlo Crips, and 103rd Street. Presently, the 65 and 67 factions are notably the most active on the West Side of Los Santos. RIVALRY & ALLIANCE At present, the 65 and 70 Menlo Neighborhood Crips have established alliances with several gangs, including the 67 Neighborhood Crips, East Coast Crips, Rollin 60s NBHC, 55 Neighborhood Crips, and the Rollin 100s. However, despite these alliances, the Menlo Neighborhood Crips face numerous rivalries. Among their rivals are the 62 Harvard Park Brims, 54 Van Ness Gangster Brims, Fruit Town Brims, Denver Lane Bloods, Family Swan Bloods, Hoover Criminals, 74 Hoover Criminals Gang, 83 Hoover Criminals Gang, Playboy Gangster Crips, 83 Gangster Crips, 52 Broadway Gangster Crips, and all Gangster Crips. PRESENT TIME Over time, they've adopted the moniker "Rollin' 70's," although it's not formally recognized by other NHC groups or their rivals. As of today the Lo is growing at an exponential rate, with most active members all over Willowfield at 65th Street, and some members residing in 67th Street. The gang primarily consists of younger members, as OG’s and top-runners have either been killed or arrested due to gang-violence and drug-trafficking. MNHC have sported a lot of different hats to their insignia from the past generation back in the early 2000’s, and 1990’s. Some of the hats they have added to their closet is the Baltimore Orioles, due to the gang being known representing Rollin "O", and the Seattle Mariners hat due to they've referring themselves as "Rollin' 70's". They also made blue and yellow as their primary color. Their main spot of turf is in the 65th Street of Willowfield, and 67th Street in the Willowfield apartment complex. With almost no older members or OG’s anymore, younger members still tend to keep the structure of the gang strong. They run drugs, mostly crack-cocaine and marijuana out of the Willowfield apartment complex, and keep a low profile now after the indictment raid that had been done on them before.
