  1. СИНДИКÁТ The SINDIKAT is a bratva (синдика́т Братва) that is recognized as a community primarily composed of individuals of Russian heritage located in the streets of Los Santos. Speculation suggests that the group has its roots in disadvantaged backgrounds, with its members hailing from lower socioeconomic strata. They all adhere to a collective mindset inspired by leftist political ideologies, emphasizing the idea of unity and brotherhood as a fundamental principle deeply ingrained in their beliefs. It emerged as a result of society consistently failing to fulfill the needs of its members, compounded by the ongoing pressure to maintain a specific societal standard. As time passed and they faced considerable oppression, these individuals were unified, forming a cohesive group akin to a pack of wolves. The survival of this pack, led by a few leaders, guarantees the survival of each member within it. "Starting their life in the city's slumbs without receiving assistance from anyone. When people were warm in their houses and being well fed, this pack of wolves, separated at the time, were out on the streets hustling in order to find a crumb of bread. And therefore, when they rebelled against everything they felt oppressed them, they believed they did no wrong. For they are nothing but a product of the world they live in." - Pitirim Sorokin, 1906 The organization is recognized for adhering to a flexible hierarchy structure. Those within the group who wield authority are referred to as "Authority" (Авторитет), and they bear the crucial responsibility of guiding the group towards a successful outcome while safeguarding the well-being of every member. Additionally, the Authorities are known to be the driving force behind decision-making processes, effectively leading the group. At the apex of this structure, there's the figure known as the "Царь" or "Tsar," who oversees the group's future direction. ♠ SINDIKAT DISCORD ♠ OOC Information The Sindikàt is not exclusive to "Russian" or "post-USSR" characters; literally anyone can become affiliated with the Bratva, whether they are Italian, Latin, Asian, etc. However, please be aware that your career opportunities may be limited. We are looking for individuals who are interested in authentically portraying Eastern European organized crime and are eager to develop their characters in a realistic manner. We warmly welcome those who are enthusiastic about learning this style of roleplay and culture. We embrace all roleplayers who approach this with dedication and a willingness to learn. Our in-character ranking system operates as a deliberate and gradual political process; we discourage players from attempting to climb the ranks rapidly. Instead, we encourage them to invest time in character development and savor the experience. The out-of-character (OOC) ranking system is based on a simplified structure, but the genuine ranking system is exclusively determined in-character. Please note that the OOC leadership team does not mirror the in-character hierarchy. Players are selected for leadership positions based on their demonstrated responsibility and trustworthiness. While the majority of our faction's characters are Russian, we extend a warm welcome to characters hailing from post-USSR dissolution countries within the Bratva. We primarily roleplay first and second-generation Russian-Americans, with special approval required for first-generation Russian immigrants. We emphasize the realistic portrayal of your character's wealth and do not tolerate players roleplaying financial hardship while driving luxury cars or wearing expensive attire. Such displays are reserved for characters who have naturally acquired wealth through their roleplay progression. We maintain a strict stance against any violations of server rules, as they can potentially harm the faction's reputation on the server. OOC Faction Rules & CK Rules Faction Charackter Kill Rule When conflicts or disputes arise within the faction, the preferred approach is to consider character expulsion as a means of resolving the issue rather than resorting to character kill, whenever feasible. This method promotes a focus on character-driven storylines and active engagement, thereby enhancing the depth and immersion of the roleplay experience. Additionally, it serves to mitigate the consequences of permanent character loss, ensuring a more continuous and cohesive storytelling atmosphere within the server. Expulsions may not be permanent, and depending on their actions both before and after expulsion, players may have the opportunity to return to the Bratva and rehabilitate themselves among their brothers. Upon accepting expulsion, you consent to refraining from any acts of vengeance against the Sindikát, acknowledging that your life has been spared. You honor this gift by keeping your feet and fingers still. Upon joining our faction you agree on these rules and give CK permission to the faction.
