  2. Dalton "DB" Booth Born in San Fierro 2002, grew up like every other child, school, basketball and riding bikes. His mother Reona and his pops DeShawn took care of Dalton and his brother Jamal, like every other normal family. By the time DB was 9 years old he started running errands for the local Italian mob, he did it for quick cash and to flex on his friends that he was a "mobster" but it didnt go like he planned. One night after collecting a envelope of owed money from some random junkie he rode his bike across town like every other day, smiling, looking around until he saw a shady car behind him, he rode faster thinking it was nothing but they all of a sudden rolled down the passenger window and a guy started dumping a Mac 10 straight at him, DB fell of the bike and ran into the nearest alley but they was behind him, he caught a bullet to the leg and passed out, shooters? The mob sent them becouse "Kid knows too much" his family moved to Los Santos after the shootout and Dalton continued his normal life. | East Los Santos chaper| DB was still in high school, at just 16 years old he started moving with the local gang called Bishop Bulevard Bloods He moved out of his parents place with his brother Jamal and they joined the gang. They moved Dope, broke into houses, hanged on the block and everything was fine. Year 2024 DB gets ragged, he is in the set for real. JB gets arrested and goes to prison for five years making Dalton even colder. Life went on, he heard from Jamal, sent him cash and whatnot but he had other plans, making it in this fucked up life of crime. | Fall | DB was on house arrest after some minor drug possesion charge, he was getting tired of slinging small time bags on corners but he waited. Months passed and still quiet, but one night he got a call from his OG Tay, he was yelling on the phone "Murda and them just shot up some Italian bro be on point!" DB had flashbacks, maybe the Italians were on him again? who did he shoot? what is going on? questions ran through his mind and then his OG hit him up again "We just got word its some hitman crew from local mob, dont get out of the brib and turn the phone off, stay safe." DB's jaw fell through the ground knowing its over. Night after night his homies dissapeared, some ran, some shot dead, until his long time friend got killed. DB snapped out of it "This shit is enough bro, fuck allat" he was off house arrest and he was gone, dissapeared in the night. | Today | DB a new man, JB out of prison thing looking good for them, moved over in Seville and started running with Black Organized Crime, a real criminal not a hoodlum anymore. He moved weapons out of state and drugs to fuel whole city for days, he runs his own crew of people moving smart. He met DeeLaila "Shiny" Cardoso on the way, DB was always sweet on her. The rest of the story will go on as DB makes a name for himself and maybe, but just maybe gets out of the life.

  4. Hello peeps, I hope this finds you all well, I am the Divison Manager in Code Enforcement and our idea of pursuing businesses and to give them stress or whatever is not in our nature. We do sometimes tell people to find guards but not always. I know the position of having someone check IDs can be boring and whatever but yet again its realism. You can have underage people enter premises that are 21+ (IRL and in LSRP, e.g. nightclubs, Stripclubs etc). To have some doing ID checks is still part of the RP and should be looked at from a perspective to have a realistic RP however. We let businesses off with a lot of slack and dont enforce rules to a huge amount as I know personally its hard to find staff for every position but we try to enforce at least the bare minimum. To add, CEB has no one corrupt and bribery is a no no. We just try to give positive and realistic RP to the best of our capabilites and to the best we can. We dont try to essentially f people over rather just have more fun and more RP. Saying " CEB comes and ruins the opening", we barely do. We have closed a handful of businesses since my time in CEB and the reasons to closure more essentially more than justified and every closure has a case file for it, so no business is being treated in any sense unfairly or being pushed to do more than others.

  5. This is a thread that's popped up time and time again, usually to little reception. Re-establishing prison roleplay often falls short; there's only so many times you can roleplay checking each other in or chatting shit in the day room. Prison-focused factions pop out, exhaust their options, and go inactive. SADOC as a LEO initiative also follows this formula, mainly tied to the aforementioned fact that prison focused factions are boring, and don't last. LEO factions have no business maintaining an empty prison. How's this time any different? For the larger part, it's not. We don't intend to revive prison roleplay per say - rather use it as a narrative tool to help provide roleplay between outside factions. 24/7 prison activity isn't something we're striving for, rather session-based RP, as well as establishing the correctional facility as a middle ground for factions to foster outside business & politics in. Proper OOC coordination is needed for something like this, because there's a rare chance you'll stumble into the jail and catch somebody to roleplay with before you log off onto your alt. The OOC coordination - a discord is being established to house all types of criminal roleplayers. Right now, the only factions roleplaying inside are Camaradas MC and Black Organized Crime. Community support - Where do YOU fit into this initiative? We're currently looking for: - SureΕ„o roleplayers that'd foster the existence of La Eme. - White roleplayers that'd foster the existence of Aryan Brotherhood / Public Enemy no. 1 / Nazi Lowriders. - Correctional Officer alts that'd be able to show up to rollcalls, facilitating things like yard, commissary, or chow time. - Black streetgang roleplayers who'd like to make alts / lock up existing characters to foster the existence of a network between the prison-bound Black Car, and street-level organizations. - SureΕ„o roleplayers who'd like to make alts / lock up existing characters to foster the existence of a network between La Eme, and street level organizations. - NorteΕ„o roleplayers that'd foster the existence of Nuestra Famillia. Whether you think this has little to show for it, this is less a call to arms, and more-so an open invite for anybody wanting to enrich their factions' roleplay with the prison aspect. Anybody's welcome to join the discord and show up to rollcalls, as well as bring their own food to the table by involving a prison mirror of their own faction, or start their own prison-centered factions inside. The Black Car thread, for one, is open to receive any prison RP screenshots from any black characters that end up roleplaying their sentences out. This initiative is open to just about anybody. 9. W/S Krystal Lokos is a Latino street gang roleplaying at the Crystal Gardens Projects in Idlewood. If you're joining this faction you must be able to create your own passive roleplay, roleplay will not be spoonfed to anybody. Upon joining leadership will recieve the rights to CK your character if it is deemed necessary. We encourage the editing of screenshots and posting on the thread to showcase your roleplay and the faction. Rule breaking of any kind will not be tolerated here and you'll be removed from the faction. If you wish to join or have any questions reach out to @DaMightyZee or myself.

  10. I gotta disagree with you on a few points as person from CEB management. First of all this is a hard roleplay server, and if we’re serious about building a realistic economy and community, then businesses gotta follow rules and licensing. Security for clubs, casinos, strip places whatever, it’s not a β€œluxury” it’s literally a must. Those are hotspots where gangs, mafias hang around, fights break out all the time. If you let that run without any control it’s just chaos, and Code Enforcement ends up being pointless. Second, the whole β€œnot enough players” thing really isn’t a reason to ignore the rules. If someone doesn’t have the resources to run the business (like security), then the answer isn’t just opening anyway, it’s either find an IC solution (hire someone, make ads, cooperate with another group) or wait until you can do it properly. Otherwise it’s just comfort RP, and LS-RP never was about that. Third, Code Enforcement doesn’t β€œkill” businesses, it actually makes them more consistent and higher quality. Think about a new player joining the server, walking into a club or casino with zero order, no checks, no security. Does that look like serious RP? Or is it better when you got rules, inspections, processes that make the city feel alive and like an actual place? Also, like person from the leadership of Roze Enterprise, we offered free staff for all kinds of businesses. We covered the cost ourselves, spending like 10m+ every month just for wages and organization. And still, many players hated on us just because our staff tried to keep order and leave a good impression for new players. Players who just joined, who needed support and encouragement to stay and actually build something here. No matter the outcome, our team of 20 people is never gonna stop trying to improve civilian RP and support new players. We’ve been doing this for the last 7–8 years, in all kinds of ways, and we’ll keep doing it as long as this server is alive.

  15. Let alone guard, I barely had any visitors at my mechanic shop. Luckily, I still have a small circle around. We all know the player base is dwindling, yet this Code Enforcement division seems intent on killing business owners by sealing the biz, whenever you put something on /samaps, they show up no matter what. You can’t just expect business owners to hire guards with the current state of the server, instead, they should be allowing the business owners to create opportunities for roleplay with players. I remember when the server was at its peak, but Code Enforcement kind of ruined it, their ex director played a master and pet type of game where bribery was possible. I get it, if we still had 200+ players daily, you could justify this all day, but the truth is, we simply don’t have those numbers anymore. Code Enforcement, we don’t need a group of people ruining businesses ICly. Man, you should be grateful that business owners are at least trying to create scenes and opportunities for the players. TLDR: I share the same perspective as the TS.

  18. We aim to create a realistic and enjoyable outlaw 1%er Motorcycle Club role-play environment, more specifically, a portrayal of the Pagans MC’s, with chapters stretching through Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, and beyond. We strive to uphold the gritty, no-frills image of the Pagan's, living up to their reputation as one of the most violent and secretive outlaw clubs in America. Standing true to the stories of real-life Pagans members and the club itself, many characters here role-play as blue-collar outlaws, ex-cons, and working-class toughs from industrial towns and rural backroads, though this isn’t mandatoryβ€”our environment also welcomes a mix of characters that reflect the club’s diverse East Coast roots. For more information regarding the faction, feel free to reach out to @WhiteTrashThug or @Live Pagan, Die Pagan via PM.
