  1. Scenario summary: After the wild night of September 8, the one that saw Onika, Ornell, Black and the crew caught up in a police raid, an operation that ended in nothing, things seemed to water down . The LSSD/PD tried cracking down on the Sampson St. Crew, but they ended up making not a single arrest, and seizing not a single weapon. It's said that Onika led them away while Iceman & co. made a smooth escape. The following day, though, Nika would dive back into her studies: business models, internet schemes, digital hustles, anything that could turn into real net worth. After a smoke break Nika gives the heads up to Ornell "Iceman" Yards about people in their circle still stashing up assets in the area where SD almost caught them lacking. What started to be a chill day turned into something real grimy. Related post: https://community.ls-rp.com/forums/topic/26948-black-organized-crime/page/39/?tab=comments#comment-300340

  9. Black Organized Crime in modern day Los Angeles is decentralized - heavily rooted in prison networks, streetgangs, and out of state DTO's using the city as their stomping grounds. Our faction hosts a wide variety of characters to accurately reflect this. Great attention is placed on fostering long-running storylines that tie every person in the faction together, as well as offer depth to each individual one's portrayal. Membership is open to both new and pre-established African-American characters, queries about joining should be sent to @boris1 or @Iamkaciii @Gnarp.

  11. Horace “OG Horse” Williams was born in Idlewood and came up during the late eighties and early nineties. The streets were hard back then. His mother worked nights trying to keep a roof over their heads. His father wasn’t around. The neighborhood became his teacher. He started work at a small garage, cleaning floors and learning engines. That’s where he found his real lane. He had a gift for cars. Over time he built a name for himself in the growing car scene. Imports were coming in from Japan, muscle cars were being rebuilt, and people were gathering at night to race through industrial zones and long empty highways. He became one of the first faces in Los Santos’ growing car scene in the nineties. Horace had a son named Darnell. Darnell was shot and killed in a drive-by at nineteen. That loss changed Horace forever. Now in his late forties, Horace is still active in the scene. He often shows up at night meets and backstreet runs. Horace brings a lot of young racers in, gives them garage time, and teaches them how to build a car from the ground up.
