FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY Federal Bureau of Investigation Southern San Andreas Field Office Eurasian Organized Crime Task Force Armenian Organized Crime in San Andreas: Fact Sheet Last updated: 11/MAY/2019 The Armenian Power organization — aliases: Armenian Power 13 (AP13); AxP, Vinewood Power Gang; North Vinewood Power Gang; East Vinewood Power Gang; Armenian Mob; Armenian Mafia — is a predominantly Armenian–American criminal enterprise based in the Greater Los Santos metropolitan area where it has remained since inception. Armenian organized crime is unlike more traditional forms of organized crime present in the United States in that it lacks a definitive leadership cadre. Similarly to the associated Russian mafiya cells, members within the organization are primarily ranked according to their individual ability to generate profit though the organization differs from their counterparts through their significant street presence within their neighborhoods of operation. These activities are used to facilitate overt luxurious lifestyles. In gang parlance, this is referred to as "putting in work" or being "active". While the Armenian Power organization is involved in the distribution of Schedule I-III controlled substances as well as arms similar to street gangs, such activities are suspected to only make up a small portion of the gang's income. Instead, there is a focus on white-collar crime — often in conjunction with prominent Russian mafiya figures ("thieves-in-law") — and focused on various forms of fraud. Members identify themselves through overt gang tattoos Attachments 1a., 1b. and knuckles tattoos, 1c. potentially in homage to Russian prison art as well as gang signs that showcase allegiance to the Mexican Mafia Sureño program 2a. and "AP" for "Armenian Power". 2b. Timeline 1988 Locotes 13 member Edgar “Troubs” Luna sentenced to life in Fort Carson High Desert (San Andreas State Prison; SASP-FC) for murder; joins Mexican Mafia due to Sureño1 affiliation; later becomes keyholder2 1989 First recorded presence of Armenian Power in East Vinewood 1990 Armenian Power sets recorded in numerous Armenian communities within Greater Los Santos area; San Gabriel Valley, et al. 1991 Eastern Armenians begin to move to the United States following the dissolution of the Soviet Union and ensuing economic instability. Los Santos becomes largest concentration of Armenian diaspora outside Armenia 1993 Armenian vory v zakone3 Matous “Yego” Yeghoyan and Asbed “Abe” Grigoryan enter San Andreas on Nagorno-Karabakh refugee visas 1994 7 Armenian Power incarcerated in SASP-FC. Armenian Power becomes taxed by Mexican Mafia under “Troubs” Luna for protection inside and outside correctional system 1995 Various internal conflicts break out within the Armenian Power sets over adoption of the “Eme”4 and inclusion in the Sureño system. Two AP members shot dead at a heroin stash house operated by Armenian vory; Yeghoyan and Grigoryan broker peace deal between the remaining AP sets and Mexican Mafia 2000s Various internecine conflicts within West Coast–based Eurasian organized crime groups. Operation Iron Curtain (FBI) begins 2010s Nadiryan brothers of the Yeghoyan–Grigoryan organization are incarcerated on triple homicide. “Uzi” Nadiryan becomes state witness. Remaining Nadiryan brother killed in prison in retaliation. Yeghoyan and Grigoyan disappear, reappearing in Moscow in 2014 2011 Operation Power Outage (FBI, et al.) begins targeting Armenian Power operations in the Greater Los Santos area 1 Archive: Hispanic-American Street Gangs, West Coast: Fact Sheet 2 Archive: Glossary of terms, Security Threat Groups 3 Russian. Trans., "thief in law". Archive: Glossary of terms, Eurasian Organized Crime 4 Spanish. Trans., "M". Archive: Glossary of terms, Hispanic-American Street Gangs, West Coast; Glossary of terms, Security Threat Groups Key points Armenian Power has a street presence as well as a minor prison presence. The latter falls under the banner of the Mexican Mafia STG or “Eme” Lower-ranking members will dress similarly to Surenos and other Hispanic-American gang members High-ranking members dress more professionally with designer clothes and luxury vehicles. They are also involved in more sophisticated white-collar crime Induction into the organization differs depending on age and criminal provenance The groups have connections to transnational crime through the vory v zakone as well as through connections with the Mexican Mafia and international Armenian and Russian diasporas Ultimately, Armenian Power and similar Armenian organizations within the State of San Andreas appear to answer to vory v zakone and other similar ex-Soviet criminal figureheads Attachments 1. Various identifiers of Armenian-American criminals featuring Orthodox iconography, knuckle tattoos (in the style of Russian mafiya "avtorityeti"), and national symbols. 2. Gang sign identifiers showing allegiance to the Westside ("W", "W/S") Armenian Power, the Mexican Mafia ("M"), Sureño ("S") sets, as well as Armenian Power ("AP") sets in general.3 points

Introduction: This is by far the most stupid roleplay you're reading, I'm posting it because most of us need a reminder. I know most of us won't even use a /me line when we are driving but that doesn't mean we can do ANYTHING while we're driving, so you could maybe leave 5 minuets of your time and read this guide. Fear RP in Driving: Yes as long as we're in a roleplay server you should roleplay fear properly and driving is one of the scariest thing one can do you ask how? let's see: Okay so basically your character is not Dead Pool or some immortal guy and lives only and only once, I know it's a game, you die and you respawn but you gotta act realistic. Once you're sitting in a friend's car as passenger you must roleplay fear if they drive fast/recklessly it's actually scary for most of the people, then now some random guy will show up and say "My Character is a car guy he isn't scared of any of those!" but you're wrong, that basically depends on the level of trust your character has towards a driver meaning if you're sitting in a random idiot's Glendale and they are doing Arabic drifts in east beach you should fear your life because you can't certainly tell if they're gonna get you out of the car alive if it goes wrong. If you trying to do shitty moves and not end up with your character shit his pants, you can basically roleplay having roll cage in your car, a five point harness and safety features that'd give your character the confidence to do such stuff. Offroading: Gosh I wanna kill myself seeing a god damn manana on top of Mount Chiliad, guys it's still considered NRP driving, why? basically cars have something called an oil pan if you're familiar with cars you know what I'm talking about, cars such as Sedans/Hatchbacks/Station wagons/Limousines/Sports cars/Hyper cars and etc IK they are fast enough to take you up there but they are closer to the ground comparing to an SUV or a Crossover, so you'd most likely end up either stuck somewhere or left with a broken oil pan and a dead engine and fyi repair costs are killing people and fear of repair costs should just keep you from doing it. I suggest you to not take your cute little Civic offroading if you do atleast roleplay it properly. Car Damages: Same way you should fear your character's life, you should fear your car's life aswell because you already know that repairing costs are high af ICly and no you don't fix a crushed Ferrari with 500 bucks in ur hometown PNS it costs a fortune. Drifting/Speeding/Reckless driving/Heavy Offroading/Stunts and things like that are for cars with right modifications installed on them not a daily car, you hold S and W and you think you're tough, well let me tell you that if you do a burnout irl you're killing your car's differential and gearbox for just showing off to a random guy in Idlewood. Try driving properly as much as possible, if you still wanna drive like a lunatic PLEASE atleast roleplay having a modified car for it and not something so random. Fear RP for pedestrians: Again you're not immortal, PLEASE don't jump in the middle of the street to meet a friend it's pretty dangerous if you do IRL and you can easily get killed even with a low speed collision. Loud noises like someone stepping on the brake pedal hardly making the car slide, someone drifting on an intersection, a speeding lunatic or even back fires appear scary for some citizens or atleast it makes them flinch so please be careful and roleplay better. Show some love: Yes! show some love to those IC car enthusiasts instead of calling them mallrats and stuff like that, IK how it is OOC u dont like their rp concept but hey who'd hate to see a low rider Impala with truck load of unique parts installed on it? or How could someone just walk past a fucking Ferrari/Lambo and act like it's just a regular fucking sedan? Come on guys time to drop that attitude, IK it's hard but try your best. Take a walk: Yes take a walk after some times, like rp that your car's in the repairshop for it's services and it's just not available or as if your NPC wife took it, or it's just at home you're saving gas, crashed and needs a repair, stuff like that makes your roleplay more beautiful. Try roleplaying accidents as much as you guys can: Eh tbh it's one thing that everyone tries to avoid, but it actually gives FD/PD some new things to do rather than handling shootouts 24/7, and please don't end up robbing the other guy ik you're a fucking thomas shelby or some god damn gangster but you're not an animal to murder/rob someone without a reason, it's 2024 you can pull tricks on the guy and give him headache "Yeah it's your fault" and shit but don't pull out a ak47 for some fender bender and instead just call the cops! (You ain't a rat for calling the cops on a traffic accident, because you simply wanna get your car fixed) or if you really have something on you roleplay driving off but keep the damages in mind aswell. For example a slow head on head collision would break fenders, headlights, bumpers and pretty much the whole face of your 2024 car because they are simply made of plastic while it's otherwise for older cars but either way you roleplay it wisely and instead of /me drives off. do /me twists the key starting the engine /do Engine starts after a little suffer /me backs out with his half ruined car and drives off. I hope this Guide didn't give you headache, I know most of us know ALL of these useless words but consider this a reminder to what you usually do in LSRP, it doesn't matter if anyone sees or not you can always roleplay driving, if you cba using all those /me lines just simply avoid doing ridiculous stunts alright? Have a good one!1 point
