Quick update regarding what we're up to. First I'd like to thank @Scumpy and @who is horizon for starting to provide some in depth MCB roleplay. While the team involved with MCB isn't big, it is dedicated and filled with people who promote development over all else. I'd also like to shout out @Dat_Block for helping us get SEB back on track. They've been deployed a few times as of recent and I've witnessed some really good situations with them. Currently I'm working on an updated OOC guide for our faction members to go on. This will go over concepts such as playing for quality, proper character development, and generally how we expect people to act within the faction when roleplaying. There's already some really good guides on our forums for LASD terminology and tradition but it misses a couple points regarding the standards we're enforcing. Otherwise we're feeling quite stable. We did have a couple of our guys resign as they weren't able to provide as much time as first believed but I'm still confident in our ability to continue operating and we've filled most of those spots already. One thing I'll note is I've yet to receive any public feedback and I'd really like some, positive or negative. If you don't feel like putting it here you're free to shoot me a DM! Los Santos Car Club is a love of engine roars and the screams of tires screeching . It dances between friendly car shows to the adrenaline-fueled chaos of illegal street races that flout every traffic law imaginable. You find some who respect the law yet those who find the thrill of illicit modification, disrupting the city’s peace. Its draw a diverse community that sprawls from the heart of the three main city to the quiet countryside and the desert region. Some racers honor the law, while others defiantly shatter every rule. Street racers often engage in reckless driving, endangering others, and criminal activities such as gambling, auto theft, and even assault. While this is not always the case some street racers are linked to organized crime groups leading to a variety of illegal activities. Los Santos Car Club is more than just fast cars. The culture thrives in secrecy, organizing races with the word of mouth. Some racers see it as a way to show off there skills while others are drawn to high-stakes competition. Despite the thrill, Los Santos Car Club carries significant risks that these seekers are willing to risk. That's license suspension, vehicle impoundment, spectator penalties, heavy fines, and jail time. However, some parts of the community perfer to have a legal night cruises that is those who gathers together for a midnight safe drive. As the community grows so does the diversity of different ethnicity yet so does legal and illegal activites. (( We may not be a faction, but we will operate like one. Everyone is invited to participate in the roleplay, and all interactions will be in character. If you're already apart of the group, feel free to request permission to post. Gang and Narcotics Division's enforcement efforts also focus on street-level enforcement strategies to effect a reduction in Part I crimes, thereby resolving community problems and facilitating uniformed officer's involvement." The Gang and Narcotics Division (GND) is dedicated to disrupting violent street gangs and dismantling infrastructure that supports their criminal enterprises. GND targets the manufacture, transportation, sale, and use of illicit drugs, as well as illegal firearms sales throughout the greater Los Santos Area. The Gang Support Section (GSS), a key component of GND, is overseen by a Lieutenant II and provides criticical support to Area GITs in gang-related investigations. This detective-based unit specializes in street gangs, prison gangs, and outlaw motorcycle gangs, personnel typically operating in civilian clothing. Beyond investigative support, GSS also provides essential officer safety guidance, conducts training for department personnel and outside agencies, and engages directly with communities on gang-related issues. Their work in locating fugitives and analyzing gang activity patters forms a crucial foundation for GND's overall strategy. A cornerstone of GND's effectiveness is its collaborative relationship with Area Gang Impact Teams across the department's geographic bureaus. Through coordinated intelligence sharing and joint operations, GND enhances the department's ability to identify emerging threats and implement targeted interventions in affected neighborhoods. The Area Gang Impact Teams (GIT) are comprised of specialized officers from the Gang Enforcement Detail (GED).
