I'll just put down my two cents when it comes to talking about staff members not replying to you the way you feel is just, remember that as you are grown man(mostly likely), there's also a grown man on the other side of the screen reading your comment. Maybe if your comment isn't hostile and given properly, you can get a proper answer back without making your discussion partner feel threatened. If your comment is "fix this cause it looks like shit", you will get a shitty reply back, and that's common sense IRL. If you are an adult as you state, I don't know how you expect someone to be so professional and well mannered for something they are not getting paid for. Hell, sometimes even when you're at work and someone talks to you shitty, you might reply back aggressively. Imagine for a gaming community. Each day isn't the same, someone might have a hard day at work and come back to do your mapping or scripting so they chill and get away from things. Imagine if that person comes on the forums after their work is shown to the community and the feedback is like the ones I read before, to a mapping that it reads with RED LETTERS on top that "It isn't final work". You really need to take a chill and think that someone, whoever that was, who took time from their day to make it - probably isn't in the mood to read your negative feedback in the way you state it, which is 80% of the times impolite and very harsh. I don't say that for something specific said over here right now, but I saw again the "some staff take things defensively". There's two sides of the coin, you just gotta put your ego away. And I hold Staff accountable for that too (including myself).3 points

I remember before FBMC closed, meaning before Klag got to his position as he mentions, that IFC already approached us for mapping. We did forward a mapping request back then but went unnoticed. I'm pretty sure current IFC is active enough to follow up requests and get them done. I'd suggest factions to forward them. Look at what Barons got themselves into. Back in the day, you would NEVER get such thing for your faction (mind you, they were unofficial back then). And I'm pretty sure @drumj and people with his talent are up to help. He actually has helped me a few times with ideas about mapping and decorating. All you gotta do is ask nowadays, to be honest. But I really understand where this thread comes from since I'm too old in here to know how bad it was few years ago.1 point

Paid & Laid INC. is a modernized twist on Black Organized Crime Roleplay. This concept aims to be ever-evolving and never stop in the comfort zones that other factions on the server have embraced, i.e. spamming the same screenshots of drug sales & posting up on a corner everyday. This group is an off-shoot of the Blanco—Longoria DTO and a part of an in-character Organized Crime Syndicate that has formed around Blanco—Longoria's operations, it's also one of the direct ways to get involved with the faction. Seeking us out ICly is the preferred method of joining, but due to timezones and other activity restrictions we encourage newcomers to give a heads-up through a forum PM to @Marco Polo.1 point

Out of Character Information Established in 2007, the Valenti crime family is renowned for providing the most authentic portrayal of the American Cosa Nostra on the West Coast. Our commitment to realism is evident in our structure, activities, behavior, long-standing characters and intricate storylines. The Valenti crime family's role-play standards are exceptionally high, and as such, recruitment and progression is handled strictly in-character in a realistic manner. Our faction operates with a character-first and realism-focused mindset, leading to organic, well-paced development and highly immersive role-play. Only those with unwavering commitment, quality role-play abilities, and a mindset focused on character development should attempt to join. If your main goal is to climb the ranks, accumulate riches or anything other than engage in realistic role-play, this faction is not for you. Those interested in joining should focus on developing a multi-dimensional character who adds to the realism of our setting. Characters of all backgrounds and ethnicities are welcome, provided their association with the organization is realistic. Ensure your name is authentic, such as John Romano or John Morello, and avoid unrealistic names like John Galloscianino or John Morrelo. Authenticity is paramount, and we will require a name change if this criterion is not met. Aspiring recruits are advised to develop a criminal MO for their character or find another way for their character to become an asset and/or vulnerable to our characters in some manner as a pathway to joining. The Valenti crime family's leadership reserves the right to authorize a character kill on those who work for the organization for any reason deemed fit. Feel free to post any questions or comments about the Valenti crime family in this thread. Any complaints should be handled through private messages. Only those with permission from an inductee may post screenshots on this thread. Those interested in interacting with us are welcome to join our public Discord channel (link below) where we provide notifications for upcoming business openings. https://discord.gg/2kdpkDvxbp1 point
