OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION: The Hell Runners Motorcycle Club is a faction created with the intent to portray a modern 1% motorcycle club in the fictional state of San Andreas. Our aim is to enrich the biker culture on this community by portraying authentic characters that are members of an outlaw motorcycle club in today's society, without any of the stereotypes that people expect from this type of roleplay. We are more than happy to provide any player that wants to join with guidance towards outlaw bikers roleplay. Your best bet to interact with us is to show up at one of our businesses openings and show interest in the club. We reserve the right to exclude members based on roleplay quality as we aim to upkeep a high standard in this regard. We are mostly active between 5 PM and 2 AM (/servertime). If you have any questions or concerns, join our Discord or direct them to @danut or @trickster. Discord Invite Link: https://discord.gg/g8b2fMAf3B1 point

Los Santos Fire Department The Los Santos Fire Department(LSFD) is heavily based on the LAFD and will primarily roleplay any of the following: fire-related emergencies, rescue operations, medical aid, hazardous material incidents, and other relevant situations. It's important to note that the LSFD will recreate all aspects of a firefighters life, such as day-to-day firehouse activities, business fire prevention and supporting other legal factions and providing medical support at server events. Being based around American firefighting they share Firefighting AND Emergency Medical Services which makes it common to see fire engines helping with medical incidents and them housed at the same station. Emergency Calls and Communication To interact with the LSFD during an emergency situation you can use your phone to dial 911 and request assistance, in real life you would be put through to a control room that does not response to calls and instead answers calls and allocates resources. On LS-RP when you call 911 it will first ask you what service you require and then ask "What's your emergency?" which gives you a chance to explain to everyone what is happened, please give as much detail as possible but act accordingly, if your character has a lot of adrenaline they might not be able to speak in full sentences or speak to much and say all the wrong things. When you call 911 your phone's location is tracked which is the same as real life and will help emergency workers find you if you hang-up before saying anything over the phone. You can request more then one service, when you are asked what service you require you can specific a specific service for example "Fire Department" or ask for multiple "Police and Fire" which will send the call to both departments. Collaborative Roleplay When the Fire Department arrive on scene, or you are engaging with members of the LSFD remember that we need to work together to get the best EMS roleplaying experience, respecting everyone's interests in the server and taking an interest in your characters health can push your realism a long way and provide a better experience for everyone involved. Firefighters will take the lead during medical roleplays with training that is provided by the faction you are NOT expected to have any medical knowledge and will be walked through the roleplay which can be adjusted depending on your medical knowledge. Communication is very important, explain your injuries in as much detail as you want, if you are not confident with medical roleplay you are still encouraged to use your creative side and imagine realistic injuries and responses that are realistic. Providing accurate descriptions of your surroundings, injuries, or potential hazards can enhance the engagement you'll receive from the Fire Department, when you have finished at scene you are likely to be transported to Mount Zonah Medical Centre with medical staff who will take your character through the next leg of your journey. Providing surgery / treatment roleplay and recovery options, they can now also give prescriptions to help medicate your character and deal with longer term issues if you see fit from the injuries your character received. Medical Guide The LSFD will be offering CPR courses in the future, but for now a simple guide to assist you in the basics and getting you through your first medical interaction. What are observations / vitals? This is the basic stuff that keeps you alive and healthy so will be part of most encounters with the LSFD. Heart rate - The heart pushes blood around the body and can massively vary from person to person, the average range for a heart rate is 60bpm-100bpm and would be expected for someone in a health position and considered 'stable'. Breath rate - The lungs take in oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide and can massively vary from person to person, the average range for your breath rate is 12bpm-18bpm and would be expected for someone in a health position and considered 'stable'. Temperature - Using a thermometer to check a person's temperature. This should be as close to 98.6°F (37°C) to be considered 'stable'. Blood Pressure - This is how hard your heart is pumping and can decrease drastically if you're bleeding. This reading should be as close to 120/80 and will be taken using a special cuff that wraps around your arm. Bleeding. Most of your injuries will be gun shot wounds, after the firefighter checks your vitals they will assess your wounds and use a variety of bandages that can soak up the blood and with a lot of pressure eventually stop the bleeding. Please be descript with your injuries, the rate of blood loss and if it's a single wound or multiple wounds (like a shotgun) and if you were hit head, grazed, the impact size might be different if the gunman was directly next to you. If you're losing large amount of blood, please think about how your vitals might change, will your heart be pumping faster to make up for the loss? Will your blood pressure decrease, like a balloon with a hole? Pain. Don't forget that your character might be in pain, if they've been beaten or shot they will struggle to do a large amount of tasks which is why the Fire Department have a gurney(stretcher) that has it's own set of wheels that can help your character move about. Struggling to move, screaming in pain, blacking out, these are all common signs of pain that can increase to the scene and enable the Fire Department to give pain relief and even prescriptions later on at the medical center. Communication Don't forget to talk! When you're in the downed script you can still use /low, if your character is not unconscious then a dialog will be opened by the firefighter, asking questions that might be relevant to the scenario and medical history and allergies which are common questions in a real setting. Remember your character might need reassurance whilst on a cold floor with a bullet wound and panic unless spoken to. With good communication comes roleplay that is not often seen. Further Learning If you have any interest in learning more about the roles of a firefighter or medical knowledge I would recommend watching some of the media available, documentaries or more scripted shows like Station 19 or Chicago Fire can help you understand the role of a firefighter and a broad sense of what they are based off. The LSFD does allow for ride-along, whilst there is no way to apply on the forums you can ask any firefighter you see in the server if they are free for a ride along and go from there. If you have any interest in firefighter roleplay then it could be in your interest to apply for the faction and join a team of dedicate players who enjoy what the faction has to offer and promote realism and providing the server with quality EMS and Firefighting engagement and roleplay.1 point
