Introduction

Los Santos Roleplay provides a way to add immersive details and contextual information to scenes within the world. This can include written descriptions and, optionally, an accompanying image to help players better understand what their characters would realistically notice.

Feature

The info marker feature allows players to place an in-world marker, displayed as a “?” icon, at their current location using a command. When another player walks into this marker, they are shown the information attached to it.

These markers are commonly used to describe environmental details or aftermaths of events that would logically remain in the area, such as broken glass, dried blood, or other signs of damage after a shooting.

Info markers can also include an optional image. When a player enters the marker, the image will be displayed on their screen. This makes the feature useful for a wide range of scenarios, including posters, leaflets, business menus, notices, or other visual aids that enhance roleplay.

Once placed, info markers remain active for a period of 1 to 7 days.

You can create an info marker by using the command /infomarker create. A pop-up window will appear on your screen where you can fill in the required information. Once completed, press Confirm to place the info marker. You can create up to 2 info markers or up to 5 if you're a Premium member.
