We aim to combine traditional ocg principles with the complexities of modern criminal conduct while remaining true to its core identity. Our members are expected to meet high standards, putting in the time and effort to develop believable characters. While anyone is welcome to join, we ask that players consider demographic and logical consistency when creating their roleplay. We strongly discourage the common practice of portraying "fresh off the boat" immigrants. We encourage second or third generation, Americanized portrayals that add depth, realism, and continuity to the faction.
