The East Side 600 Bishop Bloods, also known on the streets as 600, SHBB, or SBB, are a feared and respected African-American organized street gang and criminal enterprise based out of East Los Santos. This gang, now operating under the alias 600 Bishop Syndikate, represents more than just a set or turf—it represents an underground empire, rooted in Blood identity but fueled by ambition, brotherhood, and control.

ORIGINS: THE 600 BLOCK

The term "600" stems from 6th Street, located deep in East Los Santos, infamously nicknamed the 600 Block. This block was the birthplace of what would become one of the most dominant hybrid gang structures in the state of San Andreas.

Founded in the late 1990s, the original group was a loose network of street dealers moving marijuana, methamphetamine, cocaine, and firearms out of the notorious Pueblo Del Rio Housing Projects—a red zone under heavy control by Blood affiliates like the 52 Pueblo Bishop Bloods, 92 Bishop Bloods, and the Be-Bop Watts Bloods.

As the lines between these sets blurred and business ties grew stronger, the Bishop Boulevard Bloods (BBB) were formed. This unification led to a bloody war over Los Santos turf that left more than 40 people dead, multiple kidnappings, and high-profile indictments. Many of the older leaders were taken down, but the seed had already been planted.

FROM PROJECTS TO POWER: THE RISE OF THE SYNDIKATE

Even though the gang’s heartbeat pumps from East Los Santos, their reach stretches coast to coast.

Following the arrests and heavy-handed crackdown from law enforcement, the newer generation rebranded under a stronger identity: the E/S 600 Bishop Bloods, or simply The Syndikate. This newer identity honors their fallen brother known as *Uzi*, whose funeral brought together West Coast Bishops and their East Coast counterparts.

During this period, members of the Los Santos-based 600 Bishops met with the Hancock Street Bishop Bloods from the 400 Block of Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, New York, forming a bi-coastal network that soon evolved into a full-blown syndicate.

The Hancock Bishops—founded on August 18, 2003—were already heavily connected to the United Blood Nation (UBN) and several other East Coast Bishop alliances including:

  • Big Bag Mafia
  • Almighty Bishop Family Goon*Mobb
  • Bishop Blood Nation

This merging gave birth to the Bishop Syndikate, a shadowy, hybridized criminal organization that manages street-level Blood gangs like pawns on a chessboard. The 600 Bishop Syndikate (Los Santos chapter) operates as the West Coast stronghold, overseeing everything from racketeering and drug distribution to money laundering and political corruption.

OPERATION: MOST HATED

In April 2025, federal and state law enforcement conducted a massive coordinated raid dubbed Project Most Hated. Over 125 individuals were arrested—many of them key players within both the Bishop Boulevard Bloods and Hancock Street Bishop Bloods.

Authorities linked them to the United Blood Nation, exposing a pipeline of narcotics, firearms, and street warfare stretching from Brooklyn to Los Santos.

Despite the arrests, the syndikate survived, restructuring itself in the shadows. Today, the organization thrives under a code of silence, loyalty, and blood.

MODERN DAY: SYMBOLS, STRUCTURE & STYLE

Local street-level members, often aged between 13 to 19, represent the 600 Bishop Bloods with:

  • "600" tattoos – Representing 6th Street
  • Crosses – Representing the Bishop legacy
  • Black and red bandanas – Traditional Blood colors
  • Clothing & jewelry bearing their set's identity

However, higher-ups in the Syndikate have shifted their image:
Tailored suits, luxury sedans, designer watches. These individuals now operate more like underworld businessmen, handling narcotics shipments, money laundering, and organizational control with precision and discretion.

They’re not just gangsters—they’re Members of Business (M.O.B)
