[SAMP - Technical Issue] Siren Mod Install = Helicopter Sound Bug/Glitch Fix ?

Hi guys, returning member here. Happy Holidays, I was wondering if someone can help me out? I'm attempting to install a Siren Mod, particularly "Oj's Individual Sirens Mod." It seems when you install a custom sound file, the siren audio under GENRL/Bank_68 Sound_11 & 12 than you log in. You hear a PD helicopter nearby you hear a weird sound on the helicopter. Kinda like it has a horn on it or something. If anyone has a fix or siren mod that I can use so this bug can go away? Please and thank you. Here is a reference video below:
