  • President of the Senate — VACANT
    • The State Constitution provides that the Lieutenant Governor shall be the ceremonial President of the Senate. The Office of President is very limited and mostly constitutional to provide oversight. In real terms, the President presides over ceremonial occasions, cannot vote on legislation except to break a tie in votes and assists in settling customs of the Senate.

(( The President of the Senate is in place to make sure the Senate is active, healthy and running. Input from the President shall be very limited except when asked for input or when decisions need to be made. Only contact the President if there is an issue regarding OOC running of the Senate. The President pro Tempore deals with the IC running of the Senate and most of the OOC keeping of the Senate. ))
    •
    President Pro Tempore — VACANT
    • Unlike the President of the Senate, the President pro Tempore is the actual chief executive of the Senate who is elected by Senators. The President pro Tempore is the Speaker of the Senate, other roles include: appointment of committee chairs and members, assignment of bills, progressing legislation and direction of policy and organisation.

(( Effectively the de facto leader of the Senate. Kept in check by the President of the Senate. ))
    •
    Majority Leader — VACANT
    • Chosen by the Majority caucus, the Majority Leader is the representative of the party with most seats. Assisting in order of the Senate and day-to-day business, the Majority Leader is also charged with keeping the majority party in line and check. They are responsible for all their Senators.
    •
    Minority Leader — VACANT
    • Chosen by the Minority caucus, the Minority Leader is the representative of the party with least seats.
