This thread will follow what's going on in the life of Washington Hustler Crip & Eastside Hustler Crip member Kemar /Havoc/ Rayshord.

 

 

Kemar 'Havoc #4' Rayshord is apart of the new breed of Hustler Crips, he claims and represents the East Washington Havoc gang, Kemar has three brothers who also claim the 'Havoc' name, Havoc Two Times x2 (Havoc #3), Baby Havoc (Havoc #2) & half brother Big Havoc (Original Havoc). Havoc aka H-Way has close ties to the 'Rowdy gang' on West Washington street. The alliance between Havoc gang & Rowdy gang stems back to the early 2000's when both sets fell under the 'Washington Eighties Hustlers'. Kemar's half brother Big Havoc is also the younger cousin of Lamar 'Kicc Bacc' Kreighton, a 2nd genertation Hustler Crip & founder of the Washington Hustlers.
