Have you ever been banned from any LS-RP services (including the Discord server)?: Nope. 

 

Briefly explain why you need to use a VPN/proxy to play LS-RP: I have the SAMP bug where I cannot connect to the server without a VPN service. I have multiple things along with the support of admins to figure out a solution but this is the last resort. We have been trying to solve the issue for the past 6 hours that includes restarting the PC, multiple relog, clearing ban records in game, router reset, reinstalling the game, and things of that realm. However, once I tried a VPN, it worked.
