Briefly explain why you need to use a VPN/proxy to play LS-RP: I have an issue with my IP being static and whenever I get the ban bug, I wish to use a VPN to connect. Currently I've had the bug for quite a bit and reloading the bans didn't fix it. My IP will remain static for a long time.
