Does someone know how to fix this? I don't have a VPN but I do play on a shadow PC so is there some type of help I can get?

I don’t think Shadow PC is allowed due to it being a shared desktop and banned players could abuse it.

You can now request VPN access for the server too.

Shadow PC is allowed, I used the service years ago and had a similar issue. Message a lead admin/management to get it sorted.
