LEVY, BELL & WEINSTEIN VICTORIOUS AGAINST LSPD

DR COHEN PF LICENSE REINSTATED - DAMAGES AWARDED

27 JUNE 2024

Levy, Bell & Weinstein are proud to confirm that we have reached an out of court settlement with the Los Santos Police Department. Thanks to the tireless work of partners Naomi Shoshana Weinstein and Napoleon Bell, attorney Jason Madison, and our team of paralegals, we were able to build a strong and infallible case that left the department with no choice but to settle with us. Dr Derrick Cohen's PF license has been reinstated effective immediately and his criminal record has been expunged, allowing him to return to work at All Saints General Hospital. He will also recieved damages to compensate earnings lost during his suspension.

Naomi Shoshana Weinstein had this to say: "I'm glad that our first case in San Andreas ended with a victory. We shall start as we mean to go on. I would like to thank the LSPD representative on this case, Sophie Thyne, for her co-operation and professionalism during proceedings. I'd also like to thank Dr Cohen for putting his trust in the firm. Our focus now is on our current caseload."

LB&W currently have two other cases in front of the San Andreas Superior Court; another PF violation case for Vault Vanguard Transport, and a libel case for Mr George Dixon.

If you would like to get in touch with the firm regarding legal counsel and representation please send an email to our team at [email protected]
