Have you ever been banned from any LS-RP services (including the Discord server)?: No,

 

Briefly explain why you need to use a VPN/proxy to play LS-RP: The reason why I need a VPN/proxy to play LSRP is for better PC performance. I use a remote pc to play most games which include LSRP, If I do not have this enabled then I basically cannot play the server in general. I'm hoping that I will be able to get permission to use a VPN because I really want to play the server but I cannot without a VPN.
